Omni Pools

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but when it comes to everything we dealt with I felt the need to. Our pool was supposed to be done months ago. We were planning a ton of parties, holidays, and get togethers at our house now as we have a pool. But our pool is still incomplete as I write this right now. I have seen a whole frog cycle in our pool; eggs, tadpoles, to grown frogs. When they do come, rarely, they liter all over the place. There was plastic bags, water bottles, and pop cans. They do NOT have the right to liter on our property what so ever. This is unacceptable even with low expectations. But we had high expectations, and saying you’re a sophisticated company is just mind blowing to me. Thinking our pool was gonna be done in 1-2 months, it’s been 9 Months and to this day our pool is still not done. They have had the pool in in September, all they needed to do was pour concrete and add a few add-ons. They poured the concrete in June. So what were they doing the past months? I would NOT recommend this company what so ever! I would hate for anyone to go through what we have been going through for almost a whole year now. Coming from a kids perceptive it really sucked waiting, and waiting. Or complaining “when are they pool people coming”, to the point where it was like they’re not coming. I have a lot more things to say but I guess it’s best I don’t. All in all DO NOT use Omni pools for ANY of your outside desires.

We have been waiting for our project to begin for a year and a half now with still no start date in sight. The only call I have received is to inform me of a new price increase of almost 10k. I thought it was a joke. Save your time and money and go with any other company.

We chose Omni Pools for their ability to handle every aspect of the pool install which included the design and landscaping. Their design recommendations were excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. They were able to offer recommendations which would have never considered.

We interviewed several pool companies before deciding to go with Omniscapes. What set them apart was that they didn’t start the process by asking us what kind of pool we wanted. They asked us what our dream for our backyard space was, how we wanted to use it, what was important to us. By doing that, they knew that they needed to approach our project with solutions to keep the pool in close proximity to the house while maximizing the size. In the end, they were the only company to propose exactly what we had hoped to achieve with our space. The 3D renderings were a great touch as we could truly visualize the completed space. From the practical perspective, the teams that executed the work were highly skilled, very hard working and as non-intrusive as possible and respectful regarding our neighbors. Our project wrapped up with time and cost projections met. Working with Omniscapes was a very good experience and we are beyond thrilled with the beautiful pool and patio oasis they created for our family.
