Mike at Olympia Homes recently built our home in Cornwall. This is the third home I have had built with three different builders and it was by far the best experience of the three. Mike is both an excellent builder as well as being a good businessman. He pays attention to the big picture as well as the details and he is truly a professional at his craft. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. He and his coordinator made what can be a very stressful experience into one that was actually pleasant. We had an open line of communication from planning, through construction to completion. Mike made himself available in person any time it was desired and we communicated most days through the entire project. From a personal perspective, Mike and I bonded through this build and I consider him to be somewhat of a friend. I highly recommend him for any kind of major build or project. We love our home and it is all we had hoped it would be.

We hired Olympia Homes to do a gut renovation of our historic home, taking it down to the studs. Working with Mike, Maren, Robert and their crews was a seamless, easy, and pleasant experience; even when unforeseen challenges presented themselves along the way. They are meticulous, solution-oriented, and caring individuals who created our dream home for us. The team is incredibly collaborative and we relied heavily on their deep expertise as the project moved along. Every detail was accounted for and the end result is just stunning. We're lucky to have worked with them and highly recommend Olympia for any home contracting needs. They're simply the best!

Olympia did a full renovation of our home. They were clear with timing and pricing upfront and did very high quality work. The construction manager ensured that all the subcontractors delivered exceptional work and the project manager helped us make some key style decisions that made a big difference. Highly recommend.
