We love our contractors! Ohana Home and Design did a complete remodel of our kitchen, dining room and pantry areas. Ryan, Maggie, and their Ohana team are outstanding designers and craftspeople--and far and away the best company we have worked with (in out 3rd remodeling experience in 2 homes). Very knowledgeable, quality products and work, with detailed upfront design work, specs, and budget. They listened to our thinking and goals and gave us design and budget options. Completed the work on time and on budget. Ohana went the extra mile on some details and minor follow up items. A smooth, perfect renovation experience with a team that is pleasure to work with!

Ohana did a fantastic job of remodeling our kitchen, powder room and back entryway. They came in on budget and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Our 120-year-old house presented some complex issues. Other companies said they could not do the things we wanted. Ohana tackled the issues and the result is beautiful. In addition, the people are a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use them again.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ohana Home & Design on both a professional and personal level over the years, and I have only the very best things to say about this team! When my wife & I were considering a remodel of our 20 year old home, it was difficult to choose between all of the builders my company works with. After much consideration, Ohana was the perfect choice for us. The Ohana team managed the complete remodel of the main-level of our home (Kitchen, Dining Area, Great Room & Master Suite with a style and ease that comes rarely in any industry. Maggie & Ryan approached every situation with a positive, can-do attitude that made us feel confident in the outcome, even when we were not sure how a problem might be resolved. They were creators and problem solvers the whole way... "good enough" was not good enough... they made sure things were perfect and to our satisfaction. The experience and talent that this firm has in remodeling homes was such an incredible asset throughout the project. Even the unexpected challenges that arose during the home’s remodel were things they had seen and dealt with before. Ohana Home & Design is a firm of very high integrity. Remodeling your home can be a very stressful thing to deal with, but Maggie & Ryan will never let you down, and we felt in good hands throughout every step of the process. They kept things on time and on budget. We just spent our first Christmas in our "new" home and we love it again! We could not thank Maggie & Ryan enough, and would highly recommend them to others.

Ryan, Maggie, and Amber were extremely helpful throughout the entire kitchen remodel process. My husband and I had some ideas about what we wanted to do with out kitchen and from the start Ryan communicated very well as to how much work would be involved and the cost associated. The design process with Amber was excellent, she showed us several options and allowed us to develop a style based on our taste, but offered guidance when asked (mainly to be sure we didn't end up with anything too "trendy"). Maggie was supportive throughout the entire construction process helping us understand what needed to be decided upon and when in order not to affect timing of the project. She was also very diligent in making sure we were happy with the results, I think she tested 20+ wood stains to make sure we were happy with the way our new trim matched the existing window casing. We did not have any problems with the contractors that came in and out of our home, they were all very nice and adhered to the daily time frame allotted for them to come in and work. With the exception of a last minute design change to the back entry (driven by us, not Ohana) everything was completed on schedule. I would definitely work with Ohana again and have even asked for recommendations on home decor and smaller projects since the kitchen has been finished.

We hired Ohana to remodel our dated kitchen and family room. Ryan, Maggie & Amber were easy to work with and did a fantastic job on the design and construction. They were very helpful on selection of cabinets, granite, materials, etc. Ohana started and completed the project on time and on budget. We are very pleased with their excellent work.

We love Ohana! Ryan, Maggie and Amber were fantastic to work with. They demoed our 20 year old tile counter and replaced them with beautiful quartz. Ohana staff were on time, honest, professional and finished the project ahead of schedule. I look forward to our next project!

Contacted several companies to complete a partial finish to our basement and turn a section into a workout room. Ohara was not only the most fair priced, but did an excellent job in providing us with a professional experience. They worked with us to ensure that all details we accounted for and that we would be completely satisfied before any work even began. I was very impressed with the communication and detail provided along the way. The job was completed on time and was true to estimate. Would highly recommend and I plan on utilizing them in future projects.

Ohana completed a full kitchen remodel of our South Mpls home, a small downstairs dry bar and storage cabinet, and a re-do/conversion of our existing wood-burning fireplace to a gas insert. We felt that both Ryan and Maggie listened to us versus following some preconceived idea and they were very sensitive to our schedule, budget, and design goals. Our favorite parts of working with Ohana were their responsiveness, accommodation, and design guidance. We also really appreciated the “extra mile” that both Ryan and Maggie traveled. As much as getting the “heart” of our home ripped up can be…it was fun. We’re thinking of some additional work in a year or so, and Ryan & Maggie will be our first call.

We waited nearly 9 years to have our severely outdated kitchen in our 1934 home - the early 80's kitchen needed to go. The time we waited to do the project was mostly due to our hesitancy in having our home in chaos for months on end and then we found Ohana. Ryan's presentation, design, thoughtful communication and keen understanding of an older home reassured us that we were about to hire the right team for the right project. We are very particular and a stickler for detail - Ohana does not disappoint. From start to finish they had every detail perfect. The project was completed as scheduled and spot on to budget. The result - we couldn't be more pleased with our new kitchen. It's an amazing experience to work in a kitchen that is as thoughtfully in every detail as we are in our cooking and living. Easy to clean, everything has it's place and it's gorgeous with top quality finishes. We would recommend Ohana to anyone who is willing to have quality work done.

We love working with Ohana. Their name means family and over the past two years of working with them, they have made us feel like an extension of that. We just completed the remodeling of our kitchen in June 2015. We would highly recommend the Ohana team for any kind of remodeling work. The team was extremely respectful, on time, on point, always completing the job above expectations. What we liked the most about the Ohana team is that they always put the customer preferences first, but at the same time they continuously provided suggestions on how to make things even better. From the beginning we received a specific timeline and budget and the entire project stuck to it pretty closely. Clear expectations were set from the beginning and followed throughout the project. If we ever have a need again we would totally consider Ohana for the job, for the amazing partnership, collaboration, continuous communication and attention to detail.
