Ogilvy Warehouse

The Ogilvy Warehouse is a very ambitious project which consists on the conversion of a 100 warehouse building into 54 new-york style lofts. Mixing raw concrete and modern design, it is a little paradise heaven in downtown Montreal. Our lofts are 575 to 1,730 square feet big. They have 9 to 11-foot high ceilings, as well as a linear or L-shaped kitchen, a bathroom with freestanding bath and shower, air conditioning, stone countertops, engineered wooden flooring, ... Ogilvy Warehouse also offers a luxuriant interior courtyard of more than 3,200 square feet, as well as a gym, a rooftop terrace with shallow pool and many more shared areas where sharing the joy is at the heart of its residents’ daily lives.
