Mel Temmel is a second generation Florida homebuilder who started out like all builders sons by sweeping houses and learning the business from the bottom up. After Graduating from Ohio University he struck out on his own and moved up the corporate ladder , eventually becoming Division President of two top 20 National Builders. During his corporate career Mel won numerous awards for Customer Satisfaction and Leadership. In 2011 he took a job with Arthur Rutenberg Homes corporate as their Regional Vice President In charge of Franchise growth, consulting and business development. Once his obligations were completed and in love with the Rutenberg systems, he then moved to Stuart, Florida to fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own Luxury Homebuilding company.
