OaKline Floors

Do NOT hire this company. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the past 5 years and they have grown into a company that does not care about the customers and does not know what they are doing. Years of back and forth with them BEGGING that they finish the work they were paid to do - and floor transitions are still missing. Recently, I spent a year begging them to repair flooring that they installed wrong. (I looked up the manufacturer recommendation and I now know more about proper vinyl plank installation then they do.) At first they wanted us to pay full price for the removal and install of the new floor, then they gave us a small discount. I asked if they would be using the manufacturer recommended membrane and I was told they wouldn't be doing our work. They basically fired themselves because of their ineptitude. Save yourself the money pit and headache, go elsewhere for your flooring. Houzz asks for a "Project Completion Date". In the case of Oakline, they need to offer a "Never" or "Pending" or "Hopeful it happens before the Rapture" option in the drop down.

We've used Oakline Floors on three different occasions and about to use them on a fourth project. If you are looking for quality real oak wood floors, I'd recommend them.

Oakland has done 2 hand-scraped Hickory floor jobs for me. In both cases I was very satisfied. The quality of their work is excellent and the time in which they didn't was very efficient.. the crew that actually did the work was unbelievable. Have hired numerous subcontractors over the years to do various jobs and believe this may have been the best crew of efficient workers I've ever been around

Great work at the best price, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted, in the time matter stated. As a builder there is nothing more you can ask for great work at a fair price!

OaKline Floors are quick, professional, and do quality work...a great value! They did the estimate, brought the wood to my house to cure for a few days, then performed the work...it included: ripping out the old wood, installing the new wood, hand-scraping, sanding, staining and putting down 2 coats of poly...the results are beautiful and durable.

Took out and replaced wood floor planks to add a floor plug. Did a great job no one can tell the planks were ever removed.

Oakline Floors did an outstanding job on our house. Ours was a remodel; we replaced ALL of the carpet in our home with real, hand-scraped oak floors. Oakline kept to their time-line and finished with no major issues. Impact to the house was minimal (paint touchup, etc.). We are pleased with the quality of the finished product; it is exactly what we wanted. The crew was professional and respectful of the property. We would recommend Oakline for new construction or remodel.
