As an owner and manager of my family’s apartments, a contractor friend of mine recommended Nu Image for my kitchen remodeling needs. In my experience, working with them over the years, they have great ideas, advice, selection, service and prices. I especially enjoy working with Nancy, who is extremely knowledgable, kind and helpful. With her help, I have successfully completed many inspired kitchen remodels. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering remodeling or purchasing kitchen cabinets and countertops. An incredible place to find everything you need for the inspiration to create new designs for upcoming projects.

The workers caused all kinds of damage: placed cabinet pieces directly on top of plant beds (smashing and killing plants), breaking glass plant bowls when going in/out of house, and damaging faux grass bc they placed their tile cutting equipment directly on it with no protection underneath. When I showed them security cam footage, they responded by telling me that I should have told the workers not to set up there. So. If you’re willing to take on responsibility for managing their workers, hire them. You get what you pay for. I would not use them again, and definitely would not recommend them.

Hi Sylvia,
I would like to start off by apologizing for the experience you may have. The issue in question you are mentioning happened in 2017, and we contacted you at that time to try to resolve the problems at hand.
It is now midway through 2019, and you have just recently brought back this issue to our attention and asked us to pay for damages two years later.
Unfortunately, due to the time that has passed, we no longer appropriately evaluate the situation and or damages in question.
To avoid issues like this from arising we have implemented more rigorous training for our installation crew and have achieved a process that includes written and verbal consent of the customer on the preferred location of where the team can set up in their home. This consent includes staying away from areas with prosthetic lawns, which can incur damages.
Our goal is to improve our service and customer experience regularly to maintain a high standard of customer service.

I have used Nu Image many times in my apartment buildings. When I purchased a home in Mar Vista it needed new kitchen and baths. I gave Nancy a call and she sent over someone to measure and show me samples of both the cabinets granite. I received a quote in two days, and moved forward with the project. The job was competed in two days, one day the kitchen cabinets were installed and the next day the granite. It was just what we ordered and my wife was thrilled. Below are some pictures of an apartment that was just competed and rented as soon as the tenant saw the kitchen.
