If I could give a 0 I would. I put down 5000 for countertops in September. 2021. When I cancelled , prior to templating, I was charged $1000. Cancellation fee. The countertops were not coming in until February at the earliest…which is not what i was told when placing the order. I asked for store credit…no. I asked if I could buy the stone outright and store it myself…no. I wrote an email…no answer. The stone I had picked out is very popular. I was able to get the same stone, from a smaller company, templated and installed in 10 days. Big company taking my cash for work they didn’t do. Don’t go there.

I would have given ZERO stars if I could - Nufloors on Springfield Rd in Kelowna was hired to install new LVP in my home. First, they delivered wrong flooring and tried to talk me into using it (four diff times) and then said what I put down my deposit on was discontinued. Samples were still on the floor weeks later! When I asked for my deposit back, they stalled and all of a sudden, a week later they managed to find enough. Then when they came to install it they damaged my kitchen counter top. The flooring installer pulled the dishwasher. I had paid extra for the plumber to do it (I live in a condo and it was required). They charged for product never used (matching T-molding and for moving my buffet and hutch which was already emptied and moved by friends), not to mention the extra charges for plumber. They have not accepted full responsibility for repairs to my countertop. An awful experience to say the least. I cannot in good conscious recommend them. DIY only.

Nufloor did an absolute amazing job. The floor looks amazing. The installer was exceptional. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

The installer was fabulous, managed difficult situations caused by our home renovation. Best price we could find. Thrilled with the job and it's timely completion.

I met Ernie looking for tiles in the store.He was so professional,helpful,had a great sense of humour & made me feel like I now could make an informed decision on the right tiles.I chose different tiles that I took home that helped to refine my final decision.The tiles were ordered,then the tile expert I had hired was not available .I felt sick,called Ernie,he scheduled a home visit to measure the tiling area and has found me a tiler.Now that is what I call service!
