I have had several projects done from Nu Concepts on various homes I've owned. Their work is excellent, and their crews are very professional. Best of all is their design expertise. Believe it or not, Ken from Nu-Concepts waited 8 years for us to finally move forward on replacing our home windows! He was extremely professional, informative, helpful AND "patient" over the 8 years. Ken continued to check in via email and phone calls over the years without being obtrusive. We had received 2 other bids from other companies at the same time we got Nu Concepts first bid, but neither of the other companies continued to pursue our business. From the beginning, Ken listened to what we wanted offering numerous options within our budget, and then, understood when we kept placing the window project "on hold". Once the decision was made to finally start the project, Nu-Concepts convinced us they were the experts to choose. What a good decision on our part, as the installers were extremely competent and hard working. A week after installation, a painter we were using, accidently broke a part of a new window creating issues. Nu-Concepts (Steve the owner) came out and inspected the problem, and though the issue was not their fault, they replaced the part and fixed for us at no cost. I highly recommend Nu-Concepts for their expertise, integrity, and customer focused service.

We added a portico to the front of our house. This was the finishing touch we needed to complete our house. Steve and his carpenters were able to deliver the look I wanted, and we've gotten nothing but compliments on the new look!
