Pro Flooring Installations Inc.

I hired Pro Flooring to install 730 sq ft of 13x26 Kenabma Marron Nabucco porcelain tile and just over 1 1/2 years later the grout pieces began to come out throughout the house. I attempted to contact Nick and left numerous messages with my concern, I was promised a return call and a response to look at the mishap. I never received a return call or response from the company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of professionalism including the integrity of the grout product installed.

ProFlooring was hired to remove and replace all of the hardwood flooring in my 1100 sq. ft condo due to an a/c leak. The project started in August and continued on and on until Dec when I was able to move back into my condo. There were many excuses as to why the project was taking so long and as of this date, there are still outstanding items on a list waiting to be completed. The cost of the project went way over the original proposal. While the workmanship was good, I would not recommend using this company.
