I could not recommend Novale Bathrooms highly enough. Every step of the way, Novale made it easy for me to bring a bathroom vision to life - from the initial quote to the design consultation to the quality craftsmanship that is part of the Novale brand. It was easy to communicate with everyone - from the front office, to the designer to our site manager, Brad Bendyke, nothing was every a problem, and we were consulted the whole way through. I am thrilled with our new bathroom and laundry - completed at the same time, and on time and within the expected budget. Such a positive experience and outcome!

We spent a few months checking bathroom reviews before choosing Novale. From the first meeting with Arthur to work on a quote then working with Phil and Kristian throughout the project, everyone was amazing. It all ran to plan, minimal disruption to us and brilliant preparation to avoid any damage to walls and floors. I highly recommend Novale bathrooms. When we are ready to refurb the en-suite Novale will be the first company we contact.

Be prepared to have your expectations exceeded!! It was a huge decision for us in choosing a company to renovate our bathroom and ensuite. We needed a company whom we felt a comfortable connection with and could trust to meet our highly particular standards. After obtaining numerous quotes, it was Kim at Novale Bathrooms who kept in touch with us on a regular (but not regular enough to put us off) basis and were willing to review their initial quote to better suit our budget. We were also impressed with Steve’s confident knowledge and non pushy attitude when we first obtained the quote. The Novale Bathrooms experience exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Where do we start … we were impressed with Marc whom was appointed as our Site Supervisor. He turned up at 7am every single morning as he said he would, he kept us informed ahead of time as to which trades would be at our home each day, the work areas were kept clean and tidy by Marc throughout the build, and Marc also communicated with us for our decisions throughout the process instead of doing something he “thought” we might like. We absolutely love our new bathroom and ensuite. Without hesitation, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Novale Bathrooms.

If you want the bathroom renovation done in most professional way talk to Novale. Save your time looking around, they will get job done in time and hessel free. They have been recommended by consultant at Reece and that was something. I already have recommended to friends and families and they are satisfied as I am.
