Kelly brought great vision, design vision, and project management skills to our kitchen remodel project. Her relationships with suppliers and contractors afforded us quality products and workmanship that were delivered within our agreed budget and timeline. When an unexpected issue arose – they always do – Kelly was forthcoming and prepared several options that kept everything moving. And as disruptive as remodeling can be, she ensured it was as minimally invasive as possible. Overall, Kelly is the consummate professional who delivers beautiful work and is there with you every step of the way. Kelly is a joy to partner with and we’re looking forward to starting our next projects with her - bathroom remodeling.

Kelly at Notre Maison was great to work with. She designed and managed a first floor renovation of our home and we are so happy with the results. She is very creative and helped me obtain my vision for our home. She listed carefully to how we use the different rooms in our home and came up with ideas to help them be more functional and stylish. Her subcontractors were punctual, professional and did great work. Kelly did a great job keeping in regular communication with us during the project and letting us know when to expect the various subcontractors. She is very professional and easy to work with. Just wanted to give a huge SHOUT OUT and RECOMMENDATION to Kelly Payne at Notre Maison. Kelly is an outstanding designer and can give you ideas you never even thought of. She took a mess of a basement and transformed it into a beautiful area with a new bunkroom for the grands, a kitchenette and a sports room. She gave my main floor a much needed redo opening up the entire area. Kelly has the knack of knowing what colors you need, what pieces you need, what subs to hire, etc. And she was there every day in the beginning directing the subs. Kelly at Notre Maison did a fabulous job designing and managing our kitchen renovation process. As often happens, our project grew to include changes to our laundry room, dining room, family room and master bedroom! Kelly had fabulous creative ideas but also listened carefully to our thoughts/suggestions. She had amazing subcontractors who were talented, punctual and thorough with their daily clean up. We look forward to using Notre Maison for another project in the future!

Having seen Kelly's excellent work on a couple of bathroom remodel projects for my sister and brother-in-law, I hired her to finish out a portion of our basement as a home theater room. The work she did was simply incredible. Her meticulous attention to detail and excellent sense of style combined with her team of highly professional and knowledgeable subcontractors resulted a beautiful room that met both my wife and my vision (namely, stylish to please my wife and yet able to still accommodate my goal to house dedicated home theater equipment). It is now unquestionably are favorite room in the house. And, she stayed within her proposed budget--there were no surprises. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough, and she will certainly be my first and only call the next time we have a remodeling project.

Kelly was recommended through my husband's work colleague. She has done two projects in our home - a Kitchen Renovation in Fall/Winter 2015 and a Master Bathroom/Closet renovation in Summer 2017. This review is for the Kitchen Renovation. This renovation included updating the main level bath, laundry room, bar area in the family room as well as painting in the living room/dining room and some cabinetry work in the dining room. We also updated electrical fixtures and lighting in the foyer. and sanded/stained the kitchen hardwood floors and painted molding in the foyer/family room and the front and back banisters. It was a HUGE project and my husband and I were very impressed with how well Kelly handled it ALL! From hiring and working with contractors (construction, cabinetry, tiling, electrical, plumbing and painting) to working with me on choosing paint colors, tile, light fixtures, faucets, cabinet hardware, etc. I was so grateful to have her handle any contractor issues - thankfully nothing more than painting issues which she handled beautifully. She worked really well with all her contractors - I felt they had great respect for her. The house had not been renovated (only minor things like paint and new cabinets) since it was built in 1989 so this renovation was long overdue. Kelly stayed on budget with our initial quote unless we asked her to go off - which we did for a few things. But when we did upgrade or ask for something else, we didn't feel the increase was inflated. Working with Kelly was a dream - she made the whole process feel effortless.

We hired Kelly to remodel our master bathroom and closet in our first house. We were thrilled with the results and Kelly was wonderful to work with. Kelly took all of the effort out of it for us by bringing tile and other samples to the house and texting and emailing pictures of fixtures and mirrors. I did not want to have to do all of the legwork necessitated by a remodel and knew that I would be overwhelmed with the shear volume of products to choose among. Kelly took all of that work out of it for us and was always very in tune with the styles that we liked and did not. She was also great about working within our budget. The bathroom turned out beautifully – in fact we liked to joke that we should have dinner parties in the bathroom since it was the prettiest room in the house. Our only regret from the project was that we hadn’t done it sooner! We were so happy with Kelly’s work that, when we moved to a new house, we hired her to help remodel our master bathroom and closet, laundry room, pantry, and a half bath. Again, we were absolutely thrilled with the results. We were on a tight deadline to get the project done, but I never had any doubt that Kelly would be able to manage the project and get it done on time. I have recommended Kelly to other friends and family without hesitation.

We have done two separate projects with Kelly, who came highly recommended from a friend. She has a great eye for design, has strong relationships with the craftsmen that she uses for projects, is very responsive and somehow seems to be on top of everything (even with 4 bathrooms at a time!). Kelly worked within our budget and found great solutions for all of the issues we wanted to solve. She was on time and on budget for both projects. We will definitely work with her again and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a fantastic professional who is easy to work with, has high expectations for herself and others, and delivers a fantastic result.

Notre Maison came very highly recommended and just at the right time. We had several remodeling projects we were thinking about and were excited to meet Kelly. I knew instantly that she would be a good fit for us. I had seen her work and not only loved the quality of the craftmanship but loved her design style. We wound up renovating our guest bath, upstairs jack & jill bath, laundry room, and master bedroom and bathroom. I enjoyed working with Kelly because she took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes, all the while staying on budget. She even made it a point to make sure that everything flowed with the rest of the house. She has a great eye for design, listened to what we wanted, made recommendations and was honest when letting us know what would and wouldn't work best in the space. She tied everything together and made sure we were happy with the finished product. She was extremely professional and made sure anyone who worked in our house was just as professional. We trusted her completely and were very happy with the end result. So much so that we had Kelly then paint most of the interior of the house, replace carpeting, replace built-ins and add wood flooring on our second floor before refinishing the rest of the floors in the house. All big undertakings and we was confident with her every move. I don't think I've ever been able to say that about a contractor that has worked for us in the past. All in all I would highly recommend her, she is a joy to work with.

Kelly is super creative and is able to bring great choices to your home without the hassle of running around town to look at fixtures, tile, etc. She always replies in a timely manner and is patient and lovely to work with. Her vendors are great as well and she manages all aspects of the project. Highly recommend Kelly to transform any spaces in your home.

Kelly was easy to work with and extremely professional during my master bathroom, closet and office remodel. She has an amazing eye for design and while she is open and flexible to the desires of her clients, she also provides her point of view and consultation on what she feels will look and work the best for the space. After searching for a number of designers/contractors, I ultimately decided to proceed with Kelly based vision for a fabulous space that met all my needs including budget. During the process she plays the role of project manager and advocate ensuring you receive the highest quality of work at a reasonable price. It has been a year since we started the remodel project and I am so still so elated with the end result.

We would highly recommend Notre Maison for design and renovation. They did an incredible job finishing our 2500 square foot basement from the studs and making sure it was consistent with the rest of our home. In particular we were impressed with budget/time management, design recommendations and quality of Notre Maison. They came in ontime and under budget. This was particularly important to us because we had a family reunion at the finish of the project. They had the appropriate amount of extra time built into the schedule to make sure project challenges that arose were able to be dealt with in a timely manner but still keep the project on schedule. They were very understanding of our strict budget. They stuck to it and didn't try to convince us to buy more expensive product. We loved the design recommendations-- few of our favorites are the trey ceiling over the game room, the tile choices in the kitchen & bath, the lofts in the playroom, the wallcovering in the dining area and the great use of space under the steps for storage. Of course quality is very important too. They chose excellent, name brand appliances. They even upgraded our insulation to the high-end, mold management selection so that our basement would never smell moldy (while staying within budget). All in all, we would highly recommend this very professional, high quality company.
