In 2012 we had an addition build on the back of our Cape Cod which included a family room, powder room, laundry room, walk in closet and master bath. From the planning stages through to the finish any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They were right on target with time line and budget. If you're looking for quality and peace of mind, Norman L Graham is the way to go.

We had Norman L. Graham, Inc. build our house almost 21 years ago. We are still happy with the quality of work and the way they stood behind it. A few small problems were addressed as they arose. Their employees were the best. In fact we were so satisfied we had them back to do two major projects later on. Would be hard to find a more reliable and quality builder.

We were so happy that in in 2005 we added a sun room and a finished basement and we contracted with them on time and materials and to say we were happy with the result is an understatement. Recently, Gerald helped us with a window upgrade that saved us thousands of dollars. I guarantee that any future work we have done will include Norman L Graham as the contractor.

We contracted with Graham in late 2013 to renovate our 1970's-style basement into a welcoming entertainment area. They listened carefully to our desired outcomes, asked great questions and brought new design ideas. I have a sharp eye for details and they addressed the few small issues that arose without hesitation. We are delighted with the outcome. Graham would be the first call for our next home renovation or addition.

Norman Graham built my 1980 home, added a sunroom and 34 years later I again called on the reputable company to make major renovations. Gerald designed options and incorporated my ideas to create a beautiful, up to date home. The workers involved were professional, on time, respectful and never too busy to answer my questions. Each day, after the workers left, I couldn't wait to check on had been accomplished. It was like Christmas morning to see the gorgeous changes. Inconveniences, like loss of kitchen appliances, were kept to a minumum. Work was completed so l could remain comfortable living amongst the renovations. Now when people come to my home for the first time since renovations, they are absolutely astounded at my beautiful home. So outstanding that the renovations won a division award of excellence from the Building Industry Association's Remodelers Council. I just love my home!
