We had a small project, but received excellent, efficient and timely service throughout. We were served well at the store, their representative was prompt, friendly and efficient coming to our house to measure etc, and their installer was equally so. Would highly recommend.

We had modern white blinds installed in three bedrooms by Normandeau and were very happy with the selection, the consultation and the installation. Two thumbs up! Gillian had an amazing magical measuring device that she just aimed at our windows, so the consultation was efficient and accurate. She helped us choose Hunter Douglas blinds that would look great but still block as much light as possible, and they certainly seem to function as advertised! Our installer arrived early, was friendly and helpful, and encouraged us to contact him if there are any problems. Great showroom too!

We had Sandra from Normandeau replace 2 kids' bedrooms blinds for us. She came and measured, explained our options, and in the end gave us exactly the product we wanted - nothing fancy, but very practical - for a good price. The blinds were ready and installed much more quickly than I expected they would be, by a very capable, professional installer, all making for a very, very good result with which we are very satisfied.

From the start of service to the end everything was done very professionally. I did not have to wait long for an appointment. Karen was very thorough and knowledgeable about the different kinds of blinds and came well prepared. Chris, who came to install the blinds, did an excellent job and they look great. They were very mindful of my schedule and you could tell the customer definitely came first. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

We were totally satisfied with Normandeau Window Coverings. We installed Silhouettes on 8 windows and shades on 7 windows. They really enhance the beauty of our renovation. With her experience as an interior designer, Roseann was able to make recommendations for the type of window covering, colour and fabric best suited to our needs. Without her advice I am sure I would not be as pleased with what I would choose. Once we placed our order, the delivery and installation dates were very quick.

Amazing products, amazing service!! We recently ordered Hunter Douglas cordless blinds from Normandeau for our house, and the customer service easily equalled the high quality of the blinds. The staff was professional and knowledgable, offered great suggestions, and measured our window dimensions in minutes. The blinds were then quickly manufactured (just under two weeks), are beautiful, and are easy to operate. One blind had a slight defect and was replaced within a week, no questions asked, with ongoing communications throughout the process. The was truly a great, hassle-free experience, and I can't recommend Normandeau highly enough. If you are considering ordering window coverings for your home or business, you can't go wrong with this company. I am a contractor and will be recommending Normandeau to all future clients, as well as family and friends. Thanks for everything!
