Horrible pool contractor. Noga did a horrible job job on our pool, lied to us, and we have had nothing but problems since the pool was remodeled. We have been dealing with multiple leaks that we later found out were due to cracks that never got repaired when the pool remodel took place. We have stains on the plaster (we paid and we're told they are putting pebbletec but later found out it's regular plaster) due to their guys walking in the pool when the plaster was wet and leaving stains. Our pool pump (which they provided and installed) has not been working properly from day one due to plumbing issues. They will give you a low price to get in your door but will lie and cheat you throughout their work. The owner doesn't have time to observe his iob-certified employees because he is too busy going to the gym and doing his personal business. Very unprofessional. He will sweet talk you and make you feel like he is there trying to help but will take advantage of you and give you a horrible remodel. You have been warned.

Joseph and Nat are crooks. They screwed up many aspects of the pool installation, including putting the pool too low in the ground (pointed out to us by their worker, Lenny). The most importantly, we paid them a 5K premium to install PebbleTec as our pool surface. They used a colored plaster and tried to pass it off as PebbleTec (turns out they're not a licensed PebbleTec applicator). We only found out because they botched even the installation of the plaster. When we confronted them about this they walked away without finishing the pool. It cost us almost 20K to finish the pool. When we contacted their insurance company we were told that there would be very little money to reimburse us because there were already 2 claims on the bond. Bad people. Worse contractors.

Even though he was referred to us by one of his friends for whom we built 2 swimming pools, Mr. B. has been very antagonistic and has challenged our work from the get-go by his frustrating lack of trust. It went from insisting to change the size of the pool AFTER the excavation was already complete, to wanting to change the pool elevation against our recommendations, and later on, asking to change it again.

Without any scruples, he is expecting to have residential PUBLIC pools codes applied to his residential PRIVATE pool. His swimming pool was engineered, designed and built to comply with California and City codes. All inspections by Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety passed.

The plaster applied to Mr. B.’s pool is a premium type of surface. We did not promise the Pebble Tec® brand, only the type of surface. The material used is the same, without the name brand and is just as durable. We insist that we stand behind our work and have proven so.

We rest assured that Mr. B, and his family are enjoying their swimming pool as the many pictures posted on his public Instagram profile clearly show.

It is unfortunate that one would file a claim when his anger is the result of his indecisions. We still pride ourselves in the hundreds of satisfied customers we have served and continue to serve diligently.

Fantastic company! Would definitely recommend to anybody needing somebody for building or remodeling a pool. Joseph is a professional who is passionate about building the pool right. All of his staff was great and they built the pool with BBQ island and hardscape in 8 weeks as promised (that included losing over 1 week to rain delays too!). After I received a couple of estimates l hired Noga Pools to remodel my backyard. Joseph was very professional and at the same time reasonable with his prices. I got excellent service and a job well done within the time promised. Joseph replastered the pool and installed new tile but the major asset was that he was able to fix 3 different areas of leakage. He also built fire pit/ planter with a waterfall to the pool that turned out stunning and improved the entire look of our backyard. He also changed all the pool equipment to a highest efficiency in the market. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any pool project.

I have a hillside property that you would never imagine a pool could be built on. Joseph the owner of Noga pools designed and built a state of the art amazingly comfortable and beautiful pool with waterfall and waterslide. He tiered the area so that we were able to install a large builtin Barbecue area and also a beautiful fire pit. Joseph was at our jobsite every day and provided detailed supervision of every phase of the project.

I am a developer/builder for 45 years, and I have known and worked with Joseph and Noga since 2008. Joseph stands behind his word to commitment to quality. He has provided me with the service I deserve, and he stands behind his finished product beyond the warranty period, with your satisfaction as his priority! With Noga Pools you receive the value which you deserve and pay for. You can always find a company who will tell you what you want to hear with a cheaper bid up front, but at the end of the day when you compare "apples for apples" I am confident you will not be disappointed with Noga Pools! They are in for the long haul!.....

Noga Pools built my in-ground pool, installed my sprinklers, and built my back yard barbecue. Joseph is a caring, loving, personable professional who is involved in every aspect of the project. He is very knowledgeable and does outstanding work. No complaints!
