Maurath Remodeling

Mr. Maurath has done work for several of my clients that I have sold homes for that have had a list of items revealed by the home inspection process. He did a professional job on every occasion. After speaking with one of my clients about his satisfaction with Mr. Maurath, my client said the first thing that impressed him was that he showed up at his home exactly when he said he would and then fixed every problem on the list and then some. He said the work was done in a very timely fashion for a very reasonable amount and that the job site was totally clean and tidy afterwards. I was also the listing Realtor for one of Mr. Maurath's rehab homes. He purchased the home in very poor condition and when he was finished, it looked amazing.
