Our experience with Bayside Builders exceeded every expectation each step of the way in building our house on Cape Cod! Nick Bowes introduced us to many home styles within the subdivision, allowing us to see actual owners homes as well as the model and answered every question in a timely fashion whenever we called. Bayside has a strong relationship with all of their subcontractors and gave us specific names of who to deal with to keep the project moving smoothly. Our house was completed within the 5 month timeline they set with no delays. But perhaps even more importantly, everything was done with such quality and attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased and truly appreciate their incredible teamwork and very high quality and customer service! We would recommend them without hesitation!

I recently purchased a home built by Bayside in Cotuit Meadows. This is the fifth house my wife and I had built for us, and by far Bayside was the best experience we ever had. They were always very professional in all of our dealings. From the very first meeting, they kept us informed of the project status every step of the way. When we first purchased the home, a schedule was set and from initial groundbreaking to completion, the schedule was met - to the day. We are very impressed with the quality of the home built. The attention to detail, as well as customer satisfaction is very impressive. They went over and above what we expected to get. Bayside hires top quality sub contractors. Every one of them we have dealt with has been very courteous and respectful. Follow up has been very impressive, when we had a follow up issue, the response was excellent and professional. We are extremely pleased with the product we got from Bayside Building, and if given the opportunity in the future we will certainly build with them again.

Could not be happier with our new cape cod getaway! Working with Nick Bowes, Brian Dacey and the staff at Bay Building has been an excellent experience from selecting the lot to house design and working with their suppliers. Great attention to detail in every phase of construction and quick to resolve any issues along the way. Throughout construction Nick proactively emailed photos to help me keep track of progress and was quick to recommended enhancements to the design. Without hesitation I would recommend Bayside Builders. They built my house like it was their own.

We were initially impressed with the quality of construction and details we had not seen in other new homes within our price range. We decided to build with Bayside because they were willing to customize one of their models to our specifications and work within our budget. Throughout the process we found Nick to be easy to work with:, he listened, made suggestions, responded to emails and phone calls in a timely, professional and respectful manner. Because we were living in Maine while the house was being built, Nick took the time to send us photos and when we realized a window was in the wrong place on the blueprint, Nick went to the site to make sure the change was made and then called us to confirm. When some issues arose with a contractor, he validated our concerns and went to bat for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We really appreciated that. The building timeline went as scheduled and we even closed early.

We worked with Bayside Building and specifically Nick Bowes to build our forever retirement home. It was particularly challenging as we had to manage the project from 400 miles away but, nine months later, we cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From the very first day, Nick always made himself available to answer questions and guide us through the process - making smart, practical recommendations whilst addressing all issues and concerns along the way (and sending us lots of pictures to keep us apprised of progress!) The end result is the most beautiful home we could ever have imagined. The attention to detail and the meticulous craftsmanship exceed expectations. The house, along with the entire Cotuit Meadows community, is simply just charming - the perfect, quintessential Cape Cod experience. When we decided to build our dream "empty nester" home on Cape Cod, we chose Bayside Building because of their superior reputation in the area and we were not disappointed! I would like to start off saying that working with Bayside Builders has been an absolute pleasure! Since day one they did everything they said they would do… especially my move in date! Nick Bowes and all the contractors that worked with him were polite, knowledgable and professional. My husband and I worked with the team at Bayside to build our dream home. I can't begin to express how happy we are with the finished product. Everything from the floor to ceiling, shingles to our beautful cupola (Jimmy's idea) is perfect. The Bayside team was also great to work with. I do not have any complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a beautiful, high end home. Nick was very professional and responsive to my all my questions, and Jimmy was incredibly supportive when incorporating his outstanding ideas with our requests. Most importantly work was done timely and on budget. Bayside was particularly cost efficient because we did not need an outside architect to design the house. Finish work was excellent and company has been cooperative after closing. We would recommend bayside to anyone who asks.

I contracted with Bayside to build my home in a lovely community the company is developing. The project manager and every sub-contractor involved conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, the highest workmanship standards and attention to detail. I was always kept in the loop regarding any budget changes since I added some extra features. My home...including landscaping...was completed ahead of schedule. I could not be more thrilled with the results!

We recently hired Bayside Builders to construct a second home in the town of Cotuit on Cape Cod Ma. Bayside's outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality, professionally designed and energy efficient home on time was well deserved. The staff at Bayside were professional, courteous and responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. The craftsmanship and quality of the work was outstanding. At the pre-inspection prior to closing, a representative from Bayside met us at the home and walked us through the house, "teaching us" about the heating and cooling systems and answering any questions that arose. We found this very beneficial and added to an already positive experience. It is important to note that we live four hours away in New York and during the duration of the building process, we were certain that the end product would be of the highest quality.
