Nikki Banks

Nikki was very professional from the beginning. As soon as we showed interest in a home on a 3rd party app...she immediately contacted us. Ever since that day she was stuck with us. We explained to her that we were dealing with a program that will be assisting us with buying a home. She was willing to learn more about the program and went to a training class with the program we were involved in. She was patient with us all the way to closing. Nikki was willing to work around my busy schedule with showings and have gave us knowledge about the home details. Working with Nikki didn't feel business like at all. It was like working with a friend who genuinely cared about my new begginings. I will highly recommend her and we appreciate everything she has done for us.
