Nicosia Construction

Prior to tackling a very complicated remodeling project Vince Nicosia performed a detailed walk-through and provided cost estimates for the project. We learned a tremendous amount about current building codes from Vince's detailed evaluation of our situation. His professional opinion was that the project was not conducive to a remodel but he spent extra time with us to make suggestions and provide options that we might consider. Although we will not be going forward with the remodel, we will definitely use Nicosia Construction in the future as well as recommend him to our neighbors and friends. We feel very fortunate to have met Mr. Nicosia and to have had his help with our project.
