We have worked with Joe for coming up to 2.5 years now, on a bungalow knock down/rebuild project. Having had very mixed experiences with trades on previous projects, with varying levels of quality and communication, Joe has been a refreshing change. He is straight talking, fair and approachable. You can have the good conversations with him, as well as the tougher ones, without fear of emotions & frustrations clouding the experience - never once did we see Joe lose his cool or make us feel uncomfortable, and he maintained a good sense of humour throughout - even when we changed our mind, asked for last minute changes or weren't happy with something. Joe was also quick to admit if something had gone, would not shirk from his responsibilities at rectifying mistake, and would apologise when warranted - all rare in the world of construction! My wife and I both felt respected and listened to throughout the project, with Joe taking the time to make sure we were both included and understood. Even though my wife wasn't as involved as I was - Joe still made sure she was included in the communications and dialogue, as opposed to only engaging directly with me - something she really appreciated. Getting hold of Joe was never a chore, and we really appreciated that if he couldn't pick up the phone he messaged us instead & would call us back when he could. What we also liked was Joe's long standing family run firm - Meeting Joe's father James, son Cahal and daughter Niamh was always a welcomed occasion, and the combined and long standing experience really showed through. Joe's team are equally commendable, his carpenters were outstanding in attitude, approach, attention to detail and ease of being around. His ground crew had my neighbours complimenting on how hard working they were, but also how much effort they put into keeping surrounding areas clean. The plasters & tiler really cared about their work & achieved incredible levels of finish, and his plumber was solid in his attention to detail. Brickies, renderers etc all positive & represented Joe well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe and his team. A & K

JG Molloy Limited were appointed as the main contractor on our new build housing project in Warwickshire. The Project was completed on programme to an excellent standard. We would highly recommend JG Molloy Limited for future projects.

Joe and his team delivered on time and on budget (extras occurred but were our doing) despite some tricky issues encountered along the way. All the team were professional, high quality tradesmen who put pride in their work first and foremost. We transformed a drab a 70’s inefficient house in to a bigger modern efficient home. Would I recommend JG Molloy, without hesitation yes.
