I requested a quote for carpet cleaning via email, from this company, and their customer service called me right away and offered an affordable price for the job. Their workers came the next day; they were professional, meticulous and very careful around my furniture. We needed our carpets and area rug cleaned so we called New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc., When their technicians arrived they were very professional and prepared to do the cleaning. Our 2 bedrooms, and living room looked and smelled awesome when they were done! Also they took our area rug back to their facility for some special handwashing. Amazing Experience from start to finish! My husband and I just bought a new home. We had tile floors in the kitchen that needed some help. I called New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. to polish my kitchen floor tiles as well as the bathroom shower wall tiles. The staff came over on time and they were very friendly and patient. We asked them tons of questions. They seemed very knowledgeable so we felt pretty good about our trust in them. They were also very efficient and tried to keep everything very clean and organized, which we really appreciated. Just a great experience from start to finish. After they were done, everything looked so great. The kitchen tile floors looked amazing, like new! And the bathroom shower wall tiles looked incredible! I called for carpet cleaning services. I own two dogs and two cats and my carpets need to be cleaned on a regular basis. There are pet stains periodically, and the smell is not that fresh in my house. I called the carpet technicians to thoroughly clean my carpets, remove the stains, disinfect, and add Scotchgard protection.
