New Creation Group Remodeling

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.....we hired NCG in May of 2013 to do a large addition as well as remolding in our house that was built in 1938, they were ideal to work with and such a pleasure, everything came within budget and done on time, I could not have asked for 2 better people to work with, thanks for everything..

I had the privilege of working with Jeanna and Patrick McIntyre of New Creation Group for my whole-house remodel project, which commenced on April 1, 2013, and I can’t say enough about how happy I am with their services. They patiently walked me through the entire process, and assisted in making the selection process a joy, rather than a daunting task with a dizzying array of choices. When we faced the inevitable challenges that are inherent in any remodel, they presented thoughtful and timely solutions. All of their subcontractors were knowledgeable, punctual and courteous, and there were no mechanic’s lien issues. With Jeanna managing the administrative side of the process, and Patrick providing the daily management and oversight of the on-site construction, they form the perfect, efficient team. They are professional, extraordinarily accessible and responsive, have unparalleled service, and demonstrated exemplary work ethics and principles throughout the process. I highly recommend New Creation Group to anyone thinking of remodeling. The final product is beyond beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations.

Jenna and Patrick were great to work with on remodeling of two bathrooms and a few extra things that came up as we proceeded. the bathrooms are better than i expected them to be. I think they are beautiful and i plan to do another house i own the same way. At this point there is nothing i would change about any of the work performed by NEW CREATION GROUP. The bathrooms were complete tear out remodels and the custom work is impressive. Jenna and Patrick made wonderful recommendations and completed work on time and within the budget to create something special. I am looking forward to the next project with them in a couple of weeks.

We hired New Creation Group to do an extensive remodeling job on a home that we had purchased in 2011. The remodeling included gutting and redesigning a new kitchen, complete new flooring, stairway rebuilding/redesign, painting throughout the house, removal of walls, ceiling work and various plumbing. Later in 2011 we had them come back and gut/redesign/rebuild a master bathroom (rebuilt from the studs). I found them to be honest, responsive and fair. They had great people working for them. There will always be issues in any remodel ~ things just sometimes don't go as planned ~ but, I found that Patrick and Jeanna had an attitude of "whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer happy". I would definitely use them again!

Jeanna and Patrick completed our flood repair and subsequent renovation project ahead of schedule and within our budget. They helped us negotiate difficulties with our insurance provider, and were very sensitive to our family's needs. We love our beautiful new kitchen and are so grateful to them.

New Creation provided quality workmanship and outstanding personalized service. Their hands on management style put us at ease and we were comfortable with every subcontractor that worked in our home. This is especially important since we have young children. Patrick and Jeanna helped us stretch our budget and make wise choices. Jeanna helped us pick out our flooring and designed our new bathroom. These folks just completed a renovation project for us, updating the bathrooms in our 1970s era house. It was a modest-sized job, but we received very personal attention. The job finished on schedule and budget, and was relatively painless. We had redone the kitchen with another contractor, and while we were happy with the outcome it was much more stressful. In every case they provided us with several suggested finishes, eliminating the challenge of starting with a blank slate and having to sort thru dozens of selections. They obtained everything, preventing us from having to run to several different dealers for plumbing, electical fixtures, countertops, flooring, etc. Perhaps most importantly, they came up with a design which took a very small Master bath & Closet area and converted it to a more functional, modern bath which seems even larger than before, and they carved out enough space to create a new powder room. I would deal with NCG again in a heartbeat.
