Fluent have been absolutely amazing!!! We were very worried about taking the plunge in getting our house renovated. We wanted a rear extension and the stairs and bathroom moving upstairs. It is a huge task but Fluent have been amazing. We sat with Tom and discussed what we wanted from our renovation and Tom saw our vision and ensured we got what we wanted. They took full ownership of the plans, structural calculations and taking care of the planning applications. Worth every penny! Nev also create a detail visual of what our extension would look like and this was so helpful when choosing our kitchen and finding the perfect location within the extension to put the kitchen. Although Fluent cannot fully recommend a builder they did share three builders that they had seen the outcome of their work and the builder we chose have worked so fast. They work late nights and start early, and I cannot stress how much of a breeze the whole process has been so far. We are so thankful we came across Fluent by accident but yet it feels like we are working with friends we have known all our lives. Project: planning for kitchen extension/garage conversion. The team at Fluent were approachable and accommodating, working with us from the first drawings and on the adjustments we wanted made after that. They completed our Planning Application drawings, Building Regs drawings, put us in touch with structural engineers, builders, and did drawings and application for the Thames Water Build Over agreement. An honest, professional,reliable firm who have totally impressed us, we are very happy to recommend them!

The team at fluent recently completed drawings for a small front and back extension to our 1960's property. Tom and Neville visited us at home and listened to what what we were trying to achieve and provided excellent information and recommendations. They worked with us over an extended time to revise our plans, doing several iterations as we adjusted what we wanted. They have a great attitude and went above and beyond in their service to us. Fluent has been a real positive gem in our renovation process and we're certainly glad we choose to work with them.
