We were recommended to Neil by a relative who works in the WA building industry. Neil always returned phone calls in a timely manner and arrived for appointments on time. He delivered plans when he said he would and was also incredibly helpful while submitting plans to the council. He listened to our desires and incorporated them into our design. Neil was easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble; he was always so positive and eager to help.

Neil deals with a high range of different designs being units, single storey, 2 storey or 3 storey residential buildings, covering all the different construction types with the designs located anywhere from Perth to Broome. Neil is someone who knows the details of every element of his clients design and this is easy to see and interpret from his well detailed plans. I am currently working with Neil on a multi development site. We want him to design a dream exec rental which would accommodate 5 of us as well if we decide to live in it. Neil has the vision we lack and the creativity to incorporate all of our demands that make sense and the tactfulness to handle the demands that don't. Would I recommend him - without a second thought if you want professionalism, design expertise, a good listener and arbitrator when as a couple you need to make a decision and cannot agree:-)
