Craft Built Homes is a boutique, domestic building company that specializes in the construction & design of high quality, functional and energy efficient homes and small townhouse developments. We’re available for new homes and addition and alteration projects. We value open, honest and informative communication with clients through every stage of the building process, including after handover. Craft Built Homes are able to oversee projects from initial design, including concepts, material use and siting, through to completion. Craft Built Homes is a member of the HIA and have placed highly in the HIA Housing Awards each time we enter a completed project. Craft Built Homes are based in North Ringwood and serve Melbourne's eastern suburbs, including Park Orchards, Mitcham, Croydon, Blackburn, Doncaster, Balwyn, Surrey Hills and Donvale. We are also a member of the Independent Builders Network which gives us the availability of over 100 floor plans which are ready to build, competitively priced and have a suitable floorplan and facade choices for every clients needs. As an IBN member, we are one of select few builders with access to the Bondor/Insulliving energy efficient building system. Craft Built Homes are registered for NDIS Home Modifications.
