The history of Wayne Norman Timber & Ply Pty Ltd involves a father and son team working hard for many years in the industry. Wayne grew up on Hancock's Pine Plantation with his father managing the plantation from 1966 to 1984. During this time Wayne often worked alongside his father as a kid, planting and managing the plantation. This provided him with the best foundations possible for a career in the timber industry.
