Nashville Shade & Shutter

We had the pleasure of working with Carey, KT, and the team at Nashville Shade and Shutter. When we moved to Nashville I was completely overwhelmed with moving into a new area, and new home. We stopped by the showroom and I was not prepared to make a decision at that time. However, Carey was so nice and patient, and told me to stay in touch when I was ready to proceed. Carey would check in with me every two weeks or so and brought me samples to my house so I could figure out what I wanted to choose. Eventually, I had an good idea and Carey came to my house. We spent several hours looking at different fabrics and I asked Carey's opinion and she was extremely honest and really helped me find the right look. I still wasn't ready to make a final decision and Carey brought more fabrics over until I found all the perfect fabrics for my house. Carey has great taste as I showed her a piece of furniture I had in my guest bedroom and she suggested it would look great with a nice fabric on the landing. I have received so many compliments on the decor of the landing and I always share how Carey suggested it. The entire experience from start to finish was such a great experience. The fabric and Shutters came in quicker than expected. The install was effortless and so efficient. John Freund the installer was fantastic and so friendly. He was so careful and neat with the installation. What struck me the most about Carey and KT is that they are so passionate about their business that they are involved in every component of the process so you know you are getting the experts every step of the way. In closing, I can't thank Carey enough for her patience with me over this entire process and for making my house beautiful! I would highly recommend this amazing team to everybody looking for shades and shutters vs. going to large store where you don't get the customized attention from Carey and KT. Carey and KT are amazing! They’re so personal, professional, and informative in listening to what my wife and I wanted. They came out while we were building, then again before completion and finally to during the the install. We’d defiantly recommend them!

Carey was great in helping me to pick just the right shades for my master bedroom. They are simply stunning, and couldn't imagine a better match. John scheduled the install quickly, and on install day, the process was quick and everything was cleaned up before he left. They are a great team, and would definitely use them again!

I wanted very simple roller shades without a valance but had a hard time finding a company that would do it. I spoke with Carey and she was happy to make it happen. I'm so pleased with the result and will use them for any other window covering needs I may have.

Carey & KT were absolutely awesome to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our window treatments were ordered in advance of our closing and were installing the day after we offically owned our home. We will definetly use them again.

Nashville Shade & Shutter did a wonderful job installing solar shades on my screened-in porch. Their customer service is top-notch. They helped guide me along in the decision-making process, from fabric/color selection to choosing accessories such as valances and tie-downs. They were not satisfied until they knew I was, and I am extremely happy with the product and installation. I would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them!
