We are a family business that has been building inground pools, above ground pools and hot tubs since 1976. We serve the Greater Dayton and Springfield areas and have a year 'round service department and six retail stores.

In ground pool construction, above ground pools, hot tubs, new equipment installation and repairs, including heaters, pumps and filters, and pool opening and closing services. We also have professional chemical products and automated systems for the residential pool and hot tub owner.

Our stores and offices are located in Montgomery, Greene, Miami and Clark counties. Our service area extends to the surrounding counties of Warren, Fayette, Champaign, Clinton, Logan, Shelby, Darke and Preble counties.

Just moved to the area last July. Was told this was the place to go for all my pool answers. Every time I showed up to their facility they had some young person working the counter giving me advice. Spent hundreds of dollars on pool chemicals last year and never solved my pool clarity. I went to Columbus and found another pool company first person I talked too solved my issue. Then I had them close my pool because previous owner told me they did good job. Well again two men showed up said they were instructed they had to put cover on. Well I told them I paid for it to be closed and covered. They told me they would have to reschedule. Never got phone call. Over priced and don’t know what they are doing.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. An overall great experience for a first-time pool owner. Knickerbocker successfully refurbished our in-ground pool after years of neglect with a new liner and mechanical inspection.

I leave this review with great conviction. I have been able to get to know the Knickerbocker family and company over the years, and there is no doubt that when you engage them you are working with first-class people within a first-class culture! Additionally, I have known many friends who have had them complete pool and spa projects and they have spoken about their commitment to transparent communication, quality craftsmanship, and their ability to execute as promised! You are making a great choice when you decide to engage Knickerbocker Pools and Spas.

I never knew how much I would enjoy my hottub from Knickerbocker Pools! My first one stayed with my house when I moved, and it didn't take me long to buy one for my new house. As an athlete this is a great recovery aid. I have never had a problem with either item I purchased and in fact the staff has always been quite nice when I have had questions. Product is great and company is easy work with, a great combination in my opinion.
