Anita and her team at North America General Contractor Ltd did a complete renovation of our 2 bedroom condo in July. What a fantastic experience with Anita and her crew! The renovation was smooth sailing right from the start and to the end. The demolition was on time and the disposal of the waste was well organized. Attention to detail was impeccable and flawless. Anita is extremely knowledgable in designs and building materials as well as enjoyable to work with. She will guide you to a path where the error is kept to a minimum. The work can be seen done with their creative hearts. She is THE designer to go to for anyone's renovation and source in luxury furniture. The finished condo now looks beautiful and totally renewed. Add one more star for the bonus!

Anita was a wonderful designer to work with, she has incredible taste, and a unique ability to hear what I wanted, bring me options, and push me out of my comfort zone (which scared me a little, I must admit.) Anita is organized, prepared, solution oriented and tops everything off with a great sense of humour. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately, and the transition from "before to after" was seamless. My kitchen and bathroom reno's are better than I imagined, and the job was kept as close to budget as possible. I have gotten many compliments from my friends, and I'm spreading the word!
