Jeff and Michelle were just fantastic to work with! They spent a considerable amount of time with us up front discussing our style, likes and dislikes to come up with several pieces that work perfectly in our new home. Jeff has created some absolutely stunning, one-of-a-kind furnishings for us. He is a meticulous artisan with an eye for detail in every aspect of the product – style, color and function. They are also sensitive to working within your prescribed budget. Since we love the look of live edge wood pieces, Jeff was able to find a source of wood slabs, which we were able to see and select from, to create some of the pieces he built for us. We also had a unique challenge of adding cabinet doors to an existing built-in shelving unit. The results were simply impressive! We would highly recommend Jeff and Michelle for any kind project! He has built furnishings from scratch as well as added components and functionality to existing pieces. We will definitely use them again!

Jeff and Michelle of The Fairwinds Co., built and installed the “bunk room” at our lake house. The room actually has four full sized built-in platform beds with storage, surrounded by paneled walls. Michelle and Jeff listened to my vision and executed it beautifully. From the planning stages to their attention to details and finish work, they were wonderful to work with. They took pride in their work and seemed to really care that I was pleased with their work at every stage: detailed drawings, wood & stain selections, final product. I think the bunk room is everyone's favorite room in the house. I would recommend Jeff and Michelle for your next furniture or woodworking project.

I had an amazing experience working with The Fairwinds Company ! I asked them to create a very specific entertainment cabinet and the piece is exquisite. Solid walnut with beautiful burled doors. It fit beautifully and more than exceeded my expectations. Jeff is an amazing at his craft. They carefully delivered the cabinet and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Ours was a home improvement project that we had been planning for some time. When we became aware of Jeff's business, we asked for an estimate. He provided a detailed breakdown of materials & labor. He also made us aware of where possible "over-runs" might occur & promised to consult with us prior to running over the original estimate. Jeff began the project on schedule. It required 4 days for completion. Each evening when we arrived home, the work area was spotless. His tools & materials were stored neatly in a corner of the garage. Upon completion, we were presented with the finished product, which is beautiful. The attention to detail & the "fit & finish" were perfect. Jeff held the price to within the original estimate, even deducting for materials purchased but not needed. We are delighted with the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Jeff's skills to anyone looking for an honest, professional & highly-skilled craftsman!

My mantle headboard is absolutely perfect! I found one I liked on the internet, but could not find anywhere to buy it. I sent the Fairwinds Co. a picture of the one I wanted, and they were able to replicate it exactly! It is a solid, sturdy, quality piece. The FC obviously takes pride in their work as the seek perfection. They were a delight to work with as their drive was to statify me, which they did above and beyond. I will definitely return to them for my next piece!
