I have worked with Michael Wolk and his support staff for the past 7 years. Not only is he an amazing designer that gets the vision...but he is genuine, ethical and simply a great business partner. We selected him for a one of a kind design experience at the Porsche Condo and I will once again have the opportunity to work with him in the spring. I wish I could post more photographs of his work.

Michael Wolk Associates have done the interior design of my new house. The project, besides being overseas, I believe was quite challenging but despite this they have done a good job and also responded to my inquiries in a timely manner.

As principal of A2 Architecture and Consulting, Inc., I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work alongside Michael and his team at Michael Wolk Design Associates on 2 very different but significant projects in the recent past. We were the architects of record on both of these interior renovation projects and Michael’s team were the interior designers and lead consultants. One of the projects was the design of a condominium in the Murano Grande building in South Miami Beach, with a budget of $1.8 million. The amount of detail work and coordination involved with all the trades and consultants was staggering, given the complexity of the project. Michael’s professional team helped make the work flow smoothly with the contractor to a conclusion where the owner was thrilled and the final result a breathtaking and unique design. The other project was a 20,000 s.f. showroom for one of the leading Interior Design providers in the United States, Jerry Pair. Needless to say, the fact that a designer provider house of the stature of the client would choose Michael to design their showroom speaks volumes of the respect and design ability that they attribute to him. This project was also successfully finished, on time and on budget, despite having a very tight schedule. The result was a satisfied client, and a beautiful, functional and unique showroom design. Again, it has been my pleasure to work alongside Michael Wolk Design Associates and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a well designed, functional, unique and beautiful project.

Michael Wolk is a very talented designer and has an exceptional design team. They are efficient, thoughtful, can work with their contractor to overcome various design site conditions and yet, still come up with fantastic designs. I would, and will continue, to work with them (and Michael) at any time.

We hired Michael Wolk Design Associates to guide us through a complete renovation of a 2,500 sq ft condo unit on Miami Beach. The place was basically gutted down to the cement and everything was replaced/everything is new. They provided comprehensive design services upfront and provided oversight of the project until completion. They began by determining our preferences and prepared drawings to illustrate their suggested design concepts. The drawings included architectural modifications to doors, partitions, as well as color schemes, interior finishes, flooring, wall and ceiling coverings, appliances, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting and window treatments. They prepared a layout of furniture and prepared schematic plans for recommended cabinet work and interior built-ins. Once we approved the design concepts, they selected and/or designed all interior installations and furniture, furnishings, lighting and plumbing fixtures, other hardware and the like. They worked directly with the architect to ensure plans were complete and supported their designs. And they visited the property regularly during the construction period to ensure the contractor’s work conformed to the agreed upon designs. Quite simply, our home is spectacular. We live on the 21st floor of a condominium on the ocean. Within 90 seconds of arriving at the unit for the first time, Michael declared--"that wall has to come down", the effect of which was to open our kitchen to the ocean vistas (ours is the only unit in our building on this line that has actually done that). When, in demolition, we encountered pipes in that wall that could not be removed (and were missing on the final building drawings), Michael seamlessly created a design element which was built around the pipes, leaving maximum exposure to the ocean and quite literally served to "frame" the kitchen area. He then designed furniture with the same “frame” feature to pull everything together beautifully. Michael is extremely talented and has a great eye. We simply love our home.

We have provided custom pool tables for several projects made by Michael Wolk Design. The entire crew has always been professional, outgoing and refreshing to deal with.
