Do not use this company, full stop. They never finished our kitchen, mud room, walk in closet(s) and media built ins once they received our money in full. Very disappointment, as we spent a lot of $ for their sub-par services/products.

Terrible, terrible experience. Don’t shop here. Purchased a custom $600 tap and told it would arrive within 2-4 weeks, did not arrive, another 2-4 weeks when called, did not arrive. Hired plumber 3 times to come in to install a tap that did not come until 4 months later. Ended up getting it in 2 weeks from another store. When it arrived they refused to refund me as I no longer needed, they refused to give me a store credit or even offer me payment of a restocking fee or purchase another item in store. Big loss for them $100,000 kitchen and. 3 bathrooms all hired to another company as they provided terrible customer service! Don’t shop here!

I am the assistant manager at our Oakville location and dealt with this situation personally. I am aware of your entire order and your review is disappointing and unfair. The matte black finish that you ordered is a custom order from our supplier and you were clearly advised at the time of purchase that our policy is final sale. At no point during the production of this special order faucet was MUTI advised that you no longer needed the tap. MUTI was in constant communication with you throughout the timeline of your order and provided the most up to date ETA. We make our policy very clear to all customers so that we can ensure they feel confident in their purchase and there is no miscommunication.

I do apologize that in the end you are not completely satisfied with MUTI and it is disappointing for us as well.

We had a great experience with Sheila at Muti. From design to installation, she was always accessible and quick with communications. After installation she came by our home to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the end result. The final cost of our Italian built kitchen was less than her initial estimate, and very competitive. I`m glad we chose her for the design as well. Due to the complications associated with ongoing renovations, it was not straightforward. Measurements were taken prior to completed duct work and some framing. I was surprised how well everything fit without unnecessary spacers when all was done. The kitchen was part of a full renovation and second story addition, and Muti was one of very few contractors used, whom I would recommend. Thanks Sheila! Mike and Anna

I bought Italian kitchen from Muti, now almost two moths waiting for one damaged panel and missing freezer handles, and still when I call them they are not sure when I gone receive them .
