Terrible experience with MAAS - over collected for work that was not finished or complete, and owner was dishonest about the status of the work. Painting was not to contract and was not cleaned, prepped or primed, careless lines and had to be repainted by another contractor. Electric work was deficient and had to be repaired by a licensed contractor, and was not to code. Workers damaged appliances and furnature. Cabinets were painted without cleaning and had to be thrown away and replaced
