Ambiance Air HVAC units was designed specifically for the Brownstones / Prewar Buildings of NYC. It works as a Central Air System but are modular in Design, they all have a flush-wall profile, the compressor fits within the interior wall and is only 13" in depth. This system is powerful and silent. The owner saves valuable apartment square footage and the material costs of built-ins. Aesthetically, it is by far superior, and there is rarely need for board approval for its installation.
