We hired MHB, and specifically Frank Polley, to build our retirement home in 2018-19. We still marvel at our good fortune to have found him and his company. Frank constructed our home within our budget and agreed upon timeline, with attention to even the smallest detail. Frank has the unique skills of good communication, memory for details, and being well connected to local vendors. We feel we benefited from Frank's long-term associations with his skilled craftsmen. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We've recommended him to others and will continue to do so. We'd definitely hire MHB for future build projects.

We hired Frank and the folks Mountain High for a challenging living room remodel on our older, quirky home. They exceeded our expectations on quality and timeline and even came in under budget! We hired Mountain High Builders for a remodel recently. Frank was amazing to work with. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, the crew was very considerate and respectful, calling before arrival each day to let us know they would be at the house. The work was completed on time and at 20% less cost than what was originally quoted. Frank communicated with us every step of the way, and the quality of work was excellent. I can't recommend MHB enough.

I hired Mountain High builders on a referal from a friend. They worked on my investment properties & did good work. I was highly enthusiastic about developing all my properties with Mtn High, but on the very 1st new house the project went $80,000 over budget. I asked for receipts & I was told that I'm not allowed to see any invoices. When I did ask what the actual costs were Frank Polley told me that the "customer isnt supposed to know". These were his Exact Words Verbatim!!! After telling me an assortment of reasons or excuses as to why the project went over, he actually blamed me. His reasons were that I changed the appliances & just being at the jobsite was the real reason. He also told me that I wasnt allowed on my own property. After the house was finished it started leaking in 5 places. Frank refused to even go look at it. His exact words were, "I'm not going out there on some rumor!" I had even showed him pictures of the roof, which were taken by a professional,reputable home inspection company. It shows missing materials including no ice block, or water shield, (a required 2017 code) & even no Roofing paper.. It was reccomeded that the entire roof be removed. Frank continued to refuse to even look at the house, until my attorney called him. Frank had said that there was a special code or rule that if there is 6in of snow or more the builder isnt responsible. I understand if there was damage to the structure. but it was in perfect asterhic condition. My other issues were Frank did damage to city property and the neighbors property which I had to pay for. I have lived here for 37 years, I have spent 3 million+ on recent projects. Ive never been treated like this. I currently have a lawsuit against him & will be filling complaints with the department of Justice, the attorney genrals office, & the better business bureau. I was unable to file with the Oregon Contractors board as the house was sold within days of completion. This review gives me nothing of satisfaction to write, but I think its important that consumers know. Frank continues to give people a verbal price, but will never sign anything that guarantees it.

We met Frank Polley on a job site in Tetherow, and instantly new that Mountain High Builders was who we wanted to use to build our new custom 4000 ft home in Tetherow. Frank did an excellent job of managing the project, was very focused on quality and was very easy to work with, which is very important when engaging in 7-10 month custom home building project. Mountain High Builders (MHB) came highly recommended by a really good friend who had just previously had a custom home built where MHB performed a great deal of the subcontract work. We have never looked back as it was the best decision we have ever made. Frank was extremely meticulous every step of the process, even letting one of his subs. go do to his lack of perfectionism. It was very comforting knowing MHB took so much pride. We felt very comfortable as our relationship grew and feeling the honesty, knowledge and outside of the box ideas provided. We actually become overwhelmed with the amount of decisions that had to be made with a new build and Frank was just like having your own home interior designer (he never lacked for ideas) who stepped right up and helped us make those once in a life time decisions. We were actually sad to see our beautiful project come to end. To this day we don’t consider MHB as our contractors, but have become really good friends. If we were to ever build another custom home we would hope to be lucky enough to get MHB back to our neck of the woods! We LOVE our new custom home!

Frank was on time and on budget and was very flexible and accommodating with all of my revisions. There were some small surprises, just as should be expected, but everything turned out very well and I would recommend his company to anyone.

Mountain High Builders remodeled our home in Woodside Ranch, Bend, Oregon. Their work was professional and priced fairly. We were very pleased with the final work and happy that they did the job in a timely manner. Frank Polley was always present to check and make sure we were happy and the crew was completing the work requested. We were never overcharged or charged unfairly. Frank and his crew were easy to work with and did outstanding finish work. We will use Mountain High Builders again and recommend them to anyone needing a good reliable construction company.
