Certa Pro Painters of Palos Verdes painted the exterior and interior of a newly built 3-car garage with loft apartment 2nd-story. While the crew was great, the management of the crew and the communication with the account executive has been a nightmare. The painters kept disappearing from the job, leaving work half finished and a mess everywhere. They had my number as well as my general contractor, but instead of a phone call to discuss schedule or timing, the account exec would send an email blaming the contractor. Emails from me to try to reschedule the work would go unanswered. They left the job unfinished last week and their invoice arrived today.
