Five Star Painting of Temecula Valley

We called Five Star Painting for an estimate to paint the exterior of our home. They came out the following day and gave us an estimate within 30 minutes. Once we selected Five Star they came back out to go over paint colors and a time frame for the job. Matt was very thorough when explaining this to us. Five star provided a team that painted our house as well as a quality control person that checked the work daily. Our house has not looked this good in years. My husband and I recently became empty nesters and I have been on a mission to create my “Lady Loft”! My project involved several types and colors of paint and wallpaper from Magnolia! Roy, our painter, was meticulously clean, organized, and interested in what my goals were. His paint lines, corners, and most importantly, borders with my wallpaper are impeccable! Nyle, our Project Manager, came by daily and was completely engaged in my vision! He got his hands dirty more than once. Our entire Five Star Team, from Christian our estimator to Stephanie our scheduler, was professional and communicative. We will absolutely be using Five Star for all of our future painting projects!!!

Receive the quote, and by far was not the cheapest but I figured since I was a veteran owned company they would get the job done. Received a call to set up the time it’s relayed to me between 730 and 8 o’clock they will be there to start the project. 815 rolls around and nobody inside. Call the company it’s a third-party call center they indicated to me that there was no appointment made my account. At 8:38 I received a call from one of the girls that works for the company telling me that she is so sorry the painters are running late. They had a touch of project to do before getting to me . With this being said I indicated to her that you guys told me 730 to 8 o’clock it will be here. She told me that I was misunderstanding and the painters don’t show up until eight or 9 o’clock. Painter shows up about 915-ish and I sent them away. Told her that I am no longer interested in doing the job because time is very valuable to me and when you say you’re going to be somewhere at a certain time you need to be there. Being a veteran myself I know how important being on time is. Apparently this company does not. And I thought that I would receive a phone call from the gentleman who gave me the quote (Chad) But no such luck. Seems like they just wrote me off. So I would definitely not recommend this company

We bought a house and needed the entire inside painted-ceilings, walls, doors, and some walls retextured due to gouges in them. We received a quote that it would take 2-3 weeks to get done but figured it was a big job and we wanted it done properly so we hired Five Star Painting to get started right away. The painters was a man he hired and the painters older uncle. At one point a couple of other guys helped, but they took over 3 months to do the job, and the quality was horrible. We could have done a better job in less time with no real experience. The owner would tell the painter to not paint the ceiling in some rooms and just tell us he did so they could hurry up, even though we paid for it. The painter couldn't get more paint/supplies because he wasn't getting paid until the job was done, and couldn't finish the job until he had the necessary paint. It was a horrible mess and we ended up stuck with a crappy paint job and out $6k. Don't use this company.

Five star painting is one of the best house painting professionals I have ever used. There painters are personal, courteous, and friendly. I had the privilege of having Eric do the inside of our home, and I am just so pleased with his work. I have already invited family over to show off how great the rooms look. He is the best. It is so refreshing to know that there are professionals like him still out there. He takes pride in his work. Kevin, and his crew did the outside of our home. He was just as friendly and professional. They also did a great job, and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend using Five Star painting of Temecula.

Five Star Painting handled my residential job very professionally. Starting with a very knowledgeable evaluation of my project, and continuing on through the actual painting and clean up, Five Star Painting performed exceptionally well. We just settled on our home and wanted to have it painted before the moving company arrived with our household goods. Mike met with us within 48 hrs of us contacting him and provided what we considered a very fair price to have the entire interior (ceilings and walls) painted. His crew started the next day and finished the job in 2 days! They were neat, tidy, respectful and cleaned up the work area very well. Mike inspected the job with us and made sure things were done to our satisfaction and that we were completely happy with the job. We would definitely recommend Five Star Painting and use them again.

The price was nice and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The review won't take less than twenty words so this makes it so. Seriously, they did a great job and i would hire them again.

It was important to find an experienced company. Our walls are smooth, no texture, level 5. We had a small job. One wall that had been damaged by a delivery of a new fridge. When removing the old fridge they gouged the wall as they were rolling it out. It was a deep and long gouge. It required filling the gouge, sanding and painting. When job was done, paint matched and no brush strokes. We were very happy and will use them for future jobs. I highly recommend Five Star Painting.

I have lived in the Temecula Valley for nearly 30+ years and I would have to say that Five Star painting is ranked at the top of my list for any painting needs. They show up and finish the job as stated in their proposal and provide very reasonable pricing too.

I hired 5 Star to complete a job we had. They were awesome from start to finish. My clients were not inconvenienced in any way.
