Laura Phillippi was a tremendous asset in our full kitchen remodeling project. Her personal style, combined with her professional expertise made for a wonderful cooperative effort. From design, to procurement her efforts were always on target. She saved us time, money and aggravation. We were on the same page from the beginning of the project to its conclusion. Laura brought valuable insight, but clearly understood our tastes, budget and personalities. After 40 years it was time for a makeover - we are thrilled and thank Laura for her participation in every key element.

I engaged Moxie Interiors for several projects I was in desperate need of updating. They included a dark family room and kitchen, an outdated and cramped laundry room, and an original 1980’s guest bathroom. We started in the family room by refacing the dark red brick fireplace with lighter stacked stone, changed the dark boring mantel with a new one to match the dental molding around the ceiling, changed the paint color on the walls and moved around the larger dark wood furniture to adjoining rooms to allow more light. My kitchen was addressed with paint and custom window treatments which created more light in the room. The dated and cramped laundry room was redesigned with new cabinets and a folding area. The cabinets, wall color and floor and wall tile selections were all coordinated to compliment my house’s current style. The guest bathroom was restyled and gutted. All of the cabinet, fixtures, paint and tile was custom selected to again compliment the style of the house. All of the details including knob and pull selections were carefully researched and recommended. In summary, I highly recommend Moxie Interiors and will engage them again when the next project arises. Why? Because Laura begins every project with the intent of using what you already like and have while complimenting with other needed items. She is not a decorator who says you have to scrap everything you have and buy other stuff . She can do that because she has vision. Decorators who say you need all new do that because they don’t have the ability to see the possibilities. She is exceptional both in her skills and client service. She makes a daunting process fun and exciting. Do not hesitate hiring Moxie Interiors. It will be one of the best updating processes you’ve experienced.

Faced with the daunting task of building and decorating our dream home, we contacted Laura with Moxie Interiors. She patiently walked through every step of the design and decorating process with us. Laura took the time to get to know and understand how our family would be using the spaces in our new home - and guided us toward beautiful decor in a comfortable and cozy layout. Now that we've lived in our dream home for just over one year, I'm finding myself reaching back out to Laura as I put the finishing touches on each room...whether it be adding new pieces, or simply relocating things that we already own. She has an amazing eye for designing and I'm so grateful that we've connected with her! Looking forward to many more projects in the future with Moxie Interiors!

Moxie Interiors did a fantastic job working with me to re-design my home. We rearranged my family room to create a space I love relaxing in. She helped me replace the carpet with hardwood, updated the wet bar area with new cabinets and granite, changed the layout of the room by mounting the tv above the fireplace and added cabinet doors to cover up messy book shelves. New furniture and accents completed the space and I absolutely love it. She has lots of great contacts to get the job done. Very patient and helped me figure out what I wanted as well as told me what she thought would and would not work out. Would highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased with the experience I had with Moxie Interiors. Laura did an incredible job transforming my son's bedroom into a teenage boy's oasis. Not only does she have an incredible eye for for the aesthetics of decorating, she also created the room to be extremely functional, all the while being respectful of our budget. To say that I am simply happy with the work that Moxie Interiors provided our family would be an absolute understatement. Ecstatic would be a more appropriate term!
