Morss Architecture

Jim Morss did the site design for our three-house development. From a single in-town, half-acre lot, he created three lots. Our favorite part of the design is the beautifully landscaped common area between the houses and the free-standing garages. This lovely area, which is sheltered from the street, provides a spaciousness in which community can happen.

Jim is a pleasure to work with. He has a wonderful sense of design. He understands the construction process/costs in order to produce a quality project keeping the budget and client happy.
