In 2018-2019 we had a large home improvement project that needed to be broken down into affordable and manageable phases. Ehlke Lonigro Architects, helped us get off to a great start. They are flexible and easy to work with. Giving their professional advice but always listening to the clients needs. Communication and timelines were never a issue! In fact when trying to get to a final kitchen layout, which was no lie probably 10+drawings and many months. Our builder was getting a little frustrated. Mike quickly came to our rescue and convinced them to stay on board. Thanks Mike! A year later... I find myself still very happy with the final results. Can’t find anything I would have done differently.... thanks again Mike for you patience and can’t wait to work with you again!

My husband and I hired Sean Ehlke and Mike Lonigro to draw the plans for a complicated family room/kitchen renovation. The project involved undoing a poorly designed addition from 20 years ago, and opening up existing space to combine a very functional new kitchen and family room. Sean and Mike were creative, quick to respond, and did high quality work. We are delighted with the way the space turned out and now spend most of our waking hours there. They were conscious of our budget and delivered a high quality renovation that has definitely added value to our home and improved the quality of our life.

I have worked with Sean and Mike on two separate home improvement projects. With both of these projects, I found Sean and Mike extremely helpful and committed to make sure that I was happy with the end results. They both take a professional and personal interest when working with you. Also, they were always available to me for any questions or concerns that I may have had. You could not find any nicer guys to work with. Kathy

Mike Lonigro is oh so patient. As we looked to renovate the layout of the entire main floor of our home, we didn't know what could be done. We felt the space was there but it wasn't open and it wasn't utilized efficiently. Mike guided us through the process. He helped us define our requirements and really opened us up to both conservative and creative possibilities. He provided us with many sets of blueprints each one leading us closer to the final version - a very open concept with unique foyer and an eye catching fireplace location. Mike stayed with us through the build out. He consulted with us on HVAC decisions, engaged a structural engineer on our behalf and referred us to the shop whom we eventually purchased our kitchen cabinets. Mike was knowledgeable, creative and professional. He showed up and delivered when he said he would. He was really easy to work with. And did I say he was patient?

As an interior designer for decades, I've worked with Mike Lonigro and and Sean Ehlke on several jobs, and have found them not only to be fast and professional, but also highly creative, and genuinely lovely to work with! Together, we've done residential and commercial jobs, as well as smaller scale projects like remodeling and built-in drawings. I refer them EVERY chance I get- because I know they'll come through

We have worked with Ehlke / Lonigro on several projects over the years. As a firm we mainly do kitchen renovation. Mike and Shawn have always been there to add their expertise and design ideas when we have gotten into a difficult situation. They are always quick to respond, our customers like them, and their follow through is tremendous. When we have a question about structure, or about design on challenging projects they are our first and last call.
