Customer service was attentive to my needs and shipped my replacement part. The first replacement part was not the correct one, but they did send the correct replacement soon after my second email.

From start to finish someone was always there for me. Filling out forms, tracing the delivery of my windows and answering all my questions. I think her name was Kathy. I am 82 years old so I needed all the help I could get and she was always there for me.

I so very much appreciated the help I got from Shannon! My MI Windows were purchased through a KC company that no longer is in business. Shannon was very helpful in getting me the information on the replacement window and warranty! MI Windows backed up their warranty, even when the company I purchased the windows from, could not!

Miranda, with the claims department, was super helpful and patient. She walked me through exactly what was needed to place my order and she was also kind enough to supply some helpful how to links for when I receive my items.

Did not apologize for me having a problem with my windows losing vacuum. Just told me what she required before they would replace. I think requiring pictures 2 per window is a joke. Do you think I would want to pay someone to install new ones if they were good ? Also pay you freight on shipping to me? You charged me $40 to ship a 191/2 “ by 191/2 “ bathroom window. This is a ripoff.

Ordered a total of 16 combined top and bottom sash replacement windows. Two were broken in transit. MI responded quickly and shipped replacements in under three weeks. Completely satisfied with the service provided by MI.

This was My first experience with customer service with this company and it was excellent. I was ordered new screens to replace the ones that did not work properly. So far I am very satisfied with the prompt and polite service I got.

Called in cause a neighbor provided details on their great experience. Turns out I had the same great experience. Kathy was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed. Thank You Kathy. More customer service should be like that.
