Arch. Miruna Stoicescu

Miruna è un architetto completo, molto tecnica e dotata di ottime doti creative. Competente in tutto quello che concerne le opere edilizie, ha l'entusiasmo artistico per partecipare a concorsi internazionali in cui riesce ad emergere. Benché giovane, lavora come architetto da molti anni e ha maturato una lunga esperienza professionale.

Ho assunto Miruna per rinnovare la vecchia casa di mio zio, situata nel centro storico di un piccolo paese montano, lo scopo era di affittarla su air bnb. Nonostante il budget molto limitato si è dimostrata all'altezza della situazione. Molte idee di impatto a costo zero, riscoperto vecchi mobili abbandonati in soffitta utilizzati con gusto e qualche intervento tecnico ad hoc sono la formula vincente adottata da Miruna, il tutto ravvivando lo stile retrò della casa con il giusto quid di modernità. Risultato ottimale considerando che ho ricevuto ospiti per tutta l'estate 2014 ed ho già prenotazioni per il 2015, inoltre si è anche occupata del set fotografico per la promozione su air bnb. Non potevo chiedere di meglio, per quest'anno ho già pronto un nuovo incarico per lei. Promossa a pieni voti, vivamente consiglia a chiunque desideri un ottimo lavoro con costi trasparenti e contenuti.

Our organization worked with arh. Miruna Stoicescu on various projects, the most important being the Art Tower Pantelimon. For Miruna Stoicescu, the project meant a nomination for the prestigious Mies van der Rohe Prices 2015 (http://www.archdaily.com/578150/421-projects-nominated-for-the-2015-european-union-prize-for-contemporary-architecture-nil-mies-van-der-rohe-award/) For our organization, Make a Point, this 3-year long project was the biggest project we ever put together, and we would't have done it without an architect like her, who didn't only do the designs and the budgeting, but she followed the complicated construction works with dedication. I worked with Miruna on various projects beforehand too (restoration, reconversion and design) and I can say that yes, she is talented and yes, she has a vision, and she is hard working, but being an NGO, we continue to hire Miruna for a particular, rare quality in an architect: she has utmost respect for the budget of her client. For our money. We realized that hiring Miruna at the end of the day always meant saving money from all the other stages of the work, form materials to working hand.
