Decided it was time for new fitted wardrobes and asked Clive to build them after reading the reviews of his work and seeing the standards of his builds over the years. All I had to give Colin was a photo of what I had in mind. From that photo he has somehow managed to create wardrobes that completely outstrip my expectations. They are just beautiful. He is meticulous in every aspect of his work. He uses the best materials for the job and then just weaves his magic to ensure you get what you want and more. Cannot recommend him highly enough

We absolutely love the built-in wardrobes that Clive created for our home. From our very first interaction with him, he was extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with. Clive made some book shelves for our alcoves in our Victorian terraced house. He did an absolutely beautiful job - a properly talented master craftsman. Clive did a great job on my built-in alcove wardrobe. Worked over the plans together and got it exactly what I wanted with no compromises, don't get that kind of service from the likes of sharps or other semi-custom furniture factories. Left the place clean and tidy and was great to have around. Highly recommend.

I have used Clive on two or three works in my home. Out of all the people I have met he is without a doubt craftsmenship at 'Rolls Royce finish'. I finally have gotten around to sending a review! Clive has done 2 sets of wardrobes in our house and did a brilliant job and I am very fussy! Our house is under offer now and I am going to somehow persuade Clive to come and build the wardrobes in the new house. I cannot recommend him enough. He's very busy though so book early. In fact, I was inclined not to give him a review so he didn't get too busy. He is a perfectionist and totally worth waiting for.

Clive is very professional and highly skilled. Really friendly to have around and a hard worker. I commissioned Clive to replace some Victorian garden doors. He was really informative about what I could do and actually saved me money by keeping the original frame (which other carpenters were going to rip out) Clive uses quality materials and is a very skilled craftperson of the highest standard. He has done a fantastic job. I would`nt hesitate to get Clive back for more bespoke work.

For anyone that needs quality carpentry, Clive is your man. I am so so pleased with the finished product (media unit/shelves and cupboards). It really looks fantastic. Clive’s approach is absolutely spot on and precise. He is immaculate too which in my view says so much and takes complete pride in his work which is clear throughout the process and shines through in our beautiful unit. I really cannot recommend him highly enough - an absolute pleasure to deal with and have working in our home. I will definitely be using him again.

We are so pleased with our new shaker style built-in bedroom wardrobes! They are in the recess either side of a chimney breast, with double doors, rail and 3 drawers and cupboard above. Not only is the work to a very high standard but Clive was a pleasure to have in our home. A really lovely, hardworking and trustworthy guy who really cares about his work and left the bedroom clean and tidy every evening so we could use the room. This is the second piece of bespoke work he has carried out for us and we recommend him highly.

What a wonderful experience having Clive build our beautiful wardrobes and under stairs cupboard. Fantastic workmanship, Clive shows great attention to detail in everything that he does. Clive listened to everything that we told him we wanted in the design and delivered exactly what we asked for. Polite, extremely friendly, trustworthy and a very clever man. Would I recommend Clive? KClive hung 3 new internal doors for us and made 3 awkward frame adjustments as it is an old house. We are absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend him for his workmanship and attention to detail. Additionally he is very personable, attended the job when he said he would and was very tidy whilst completing the work. We would definitely recommend him and look forward to discussing more work in the house with him in the near future.

We had to pleasure of Clive constructing for us a wall dividing openable bookcase with storage on both ends. It is an innovative design and therefore we contacted a number of joiners for our project. It was clear early on through his enthusiasm and questioning that Clive relished this challenge. We discussed the bookcase in detail beforehand and throughout the project Clive was happy to discuss, guide and help. We have enjoyed the entire experience and love the end result. Clive made book cases, hall cupboard, storage cupboard and shelving units for us. We discussed in detail beforehand what we wanted and he helped and advised us every step of the way. As we were still having work done in our house, he worked in conjunction with builders where necessary. His work ethic was amazing and he worked tirelessly to ensure we completed everything in the time scale discussed. The design and finish for all our items are amazing and we are delighted with the end result. Not only is Clive a skilled carpenter, he is extremely personable.

Rarely do I tend to write reviews online but Clive wholeheartedly deserves a 5 star review! I briefed Clive to build a shelving unit to house some vinyl and was extremely pleased with the results. I thought that if his care and attention to detail was applied to that degree, we would ask him to build a unit for our living space at home. Clive not only did a brilliant job which exceeded our expectations, he is a very friendly and pleasant person too. He made a very complicated inbuilt wardrobe, which had to fit into a loft alcove. He produced a beautiful seamless piece. He also put some shelves up. The quality of the work is outstanding, everything is solid and looks fantastic. The improvements have made our house a much better place. The work was not cheap - but I don't think quality comes cheaply. I recommend Clive 100%.
