I hired Milan after a mess of an issue with a neighbor who had leaking appliances, he was not only helpful with my renovation, but he helped me deal with the insurance company and what to expect from them. This project spanned over nine months due to many issues that were not in his or my control. Along the way, I kept adding more and more jobs to his plate, and he was always willing to fit my projects in. He is very responsive to texts and calls when I asked questions which I appreciated. I live in a hire-rise building, so for him to take on all my projects in a more challenging environment was a blessing. I love my new kitchen, bathroom, and floors and will absolutely hire him again.
