I had the roof and gutters replaced by Kind Home Solutions and the experience was outstanding. I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Carmichael in the past and he doesn’t disappoint. From the initial walk through to the final invoice he has been on top of every aspect of the project. He will answer all the questions you can come up with to the best of his experience which is a great deal. I would recommend Kind Home Solutions to anyone who wants an honest company with great personnel to perform any of the services they provide. Thanks for a job well done!

O my gosh I loved working with Kind Home Solutions to have my exterior home and garage painted. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, communicative, and good at their jobs. They were transparent about the pricing, I loved the color consult, and getting to work with Joseph and Philip. The painting crew was fantastic and our house looks a million times better!

This was 1st, 2nd and 3rd easiest contractor to work with on my project. From the initial call to the follow up done after I paid, this team of people has the customer experience down pat. They communicated clearly, were prompt, professional, did their expertise, explained things to me that I didn't know that I needed to know - the whole enchilada. They were top notch in all areas and I will absolutely hire them again for painting and potentially see what else they might do so I can use their service more.

Amazing experience! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful - and I needed a lot of help, having never done this before. Estimator was very thorough and provided numerous options re cost and budget, the color advisor had a MUCH better (and very much appreciated) sense of what colors would work within my general preferences, the painting team was extremely hard-working and diligent but also clearly loved their work (I could hear them talking outside from my home office), and my project manager was consistently on top of all aspects of the project. In addition, during our final inspection, he noticed several things for the team to touch up that I would never have seen. Bottom line: a wonderful experience in every way AND I love the way my house looks now (thank you, Yasmine)! Can't recommend KH highly enough.

Kind is the best! This is the third project we've used them for and have been extremely satisfied each time. They hire only the best people. The work is always done professionally, and the staff is so easy to work with. We'll never work with another painting company.

We had an exceptional experience with Kind Home Solutions. We had our aged cabinets painted and they look incredible! The reno outcome exceeded our expectations and our interactions with our project manager, Lindsey, were just as stellar. Lindsey communicated with us every step of the project. She even sent us progress photos to assure us throughout. She is personable and professional. Kind Home Solutions came and painted the exterior of my home. Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the process. They helped me with colors, were patient with my HOA and did a great job overall. Would definitely hire them again!!

From the original estimate for painting our home to the final walk around, Kind Home Solutions was professional, comprehensive and completely transparent about the scope of work and costs. They explained every step, from providing a color consultant to requesting HOA approval and assigning a project manager. They were excellent at keeping us informed.

We were very pleased from beginning to end with Kind Home Solutions. Treven was very communicative and worked with us to find the best paint options for our needs. He even coordinated someone to help us with our color choice. The wood work was done quickly. Austin was great in overseeing the execution of the paint job and was very focused on the details when doing the final walk through. Everyone was super professional, efficient/on-time and communicative. We are very happy with how the paint job turned out and would recommend Kind Home Solutions. I would also like to add that they were cheaper than some of the other big companies even with the upgraded paint options as we had several quotes.

Working with Kind Home Solutions was simple, easy, and comforting. Knowing exactly what the process was going to look like, the timeline, and receiving timely updates on the project brought peace of mind from beginning to end. They emphasis in-person walk throughs before and after to capture your concerns and make sure they're completed. Really appreciated not having to put any money down (at all) and then again not paying until we'd done the final walk through where they brought a painter to touch up missed spots. The crew worked so fast, but their work was impeccable. Sealing every crack and exposed area, priming, then painting took less than 13 hours. They were incredible. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and left the property in great shape. The fact that they'll come out again if there is hail, or when the paint fades (which is inevitable in CO) for 10 years has me feeling like my money was well spent. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

From the sales person who worked with me to Austin, the project manager, my exterior painting experience for my almost-50-year-old home was exemplary. I wish I could leave SIX stars in my review! Austin was quick to introduce himself, told me with confident authority that he had the ability to make sure that my experience would be amazing, and then proceeded to prove that in every step of the process. Maria and Marta came out and went over every square inch of my house's exterior, sealing cracks, re-attaching loose siding, replacing rotted wood around the windows, and graciously removing and replacing two shutters that, on the south side of the house, had been beaten to toothpicks by the Colorado sunlight. The house is newly sealed, tight as a drum, and the colors simply pop. I've had this house painted three times in the last 23 years, and this is, by far, the best work I've ever seen.
