We hired Michelle and Sydne after moving into a new house where we were starting from scratch with furniture and decor. I am indecisive and didn’t have a strong sense of what my style was. Michelle and Sydne were extremely patient and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and excited about the vision. They provided elaborate design boards to help us pick out fabrics and visualize the look, which was especially helpful when designing multiple rooms that needed to coordinate. Michelle and Sydne are “Janes of all trades” and their skills complement each other very well. My husband took some convincing to come around to hiring designers, but he and I both enjoyed the process and were so thankful that we didn’t try to do it alone. We would absolutely work with Teak & Olive again and hope to do so in the future!

I have worked with Sydne and Michelle on 3 projects now and cannot wait to get to work with them again! Their attention to detail, professionalism, level of service, beautiful and creative design, creativity, and respect for their clients puts them in a league like no other. And as a bonus, they are so fun to work with!! My last project I asked them to take creative license and surprise me; they outdid themselves. My master bedroom has everything I asked for and beyond. They are truly the best, and I cannot recommend them enough. My home feels so much more like “me” than I thought possible. I am so grateful for them!

Michelle and Syd are amazing!!! We have a family loft space on our 2nd level, which was something we really wanted when we chose this home, but we didn't know how to decorate it or how to best utilize the space. They were able to completely get our style and run with this project. They worked with pieces we already had and also worked around our budget. The end result was better than we could have even imagined. We helped make a few of the decisions (mostly around furniture), but then let them work their magic when picking out all of the decor for the shelves and wall space. On install day, I felt like we were on an HGTV show! It was SO much fun, and we feel so blessed to have met them and to have had this amazing experience. The "reveal" just blew us away and we couldn't be happier that we hired them to help us with this space. Hire them, you will NOT regret it!

Sydney and Michelle are the best! They made my kitchen remodel so easy by helping select new counter tops, tile and paint that completely transformed the look and feel of our whole house (and stayed within our budget). We were so pleased that we hired them again to revamp our lake house. We painted some of what used to be floor to ceiling knotty pine to bright everything up, added new lighting throughout and a few key pieces of furniture. We have received so many compliments on both projects, definitely recommend!
