Mike Dyer’s excellent craftsmanship and creativity transformed our 1980’s black butte ranch home to a beautiful retreat (see photos). His workmanship and attention to detail are fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone! We remodeled front of the house expanding by nearly 7 feet adding space in the kitchen, added spacious entry way and expanding laundry/mud room. Opened up the stairway and added/replaced bannisters and remodeled a downstairs bathroom in 2020. In 2022 we remodeled an upstairs bathroom.

We first used Dyer Construction for a major addition for our Black Butte home in 2018. It was an bonus room over the garage, three bathrooms and connection it all to the main house. The Dyer Team was there every day for months and every time an issues arose (and there we many) Mike was there to work it out. Since then we have used Mike and his great team to remodel a kitchen and three other bathrooms, build a new fireplace wall and deck, replace the driveway and more. Always responsive, creative solutions to the inevitable problems that happen and outstanding workmanship. And on top of all that just genuinely nice people!

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Dyer and his team on our home remodel in Central Oregon. Mike was great to work with from the very beginning and proactively brought up suggestions on what could be purchased in advance in order to not run into supply delays which in the long run (considering Covid) turned out to be a winning move. He and his team were very easy to work with, present and provided budget and timeline status as well as projections. Beside the house looking amazing, we also completed the project on time and within the projected estimates. We believe that a personal home built or remodel is a very intimate and vulnerable project that can put a lot of stress on the family and for us was especially important to have the right partners for the execution. Mike was definitely the right choice and we can’t recommend him and his team enough.
