I was just blown away by the level of service I received from Ali at McLean Furniture. I had identified several pieces of furniture that I wanted for my new home - Ali tracked everything down, got me detailed specs and handled the orders quickly and professionally. Most amazing was the consistent follow-up from the time I ordered the furniture until it was delivered by their friendly and professional crew. I could not be more delighted!

I contacted Rick Harvey at MFG over two years ago when I had to furnish a new two bedroom apartment in a fairly short time frame. He listened to what I wanted and then came up with a design that optimized the unusual floor plan within the budget I specified. He gave me choices in fabrics, furniture pieces, carpets, and window treatments, and recommended design elements that resulted in an apartment that was functional and stylish. (He also provided a few temporary pieces until everything arrived.) This past year I purchased a new townhouse and he helped with design decisions as it was being built, showed how to fit the furniture into the new floor plans and recommended additions that complimented my other furniture. Rick and MFG have access to and knowledge of so many manufacturers that it gave me the opportunity to have the look I wanted in my home.

McLean Furniture was excellent. We had researched the style of club chairs we were interested in online, but McLean Furniture was the only area retailer that had them on the showroom floor for us to try. Rick Harvey was extremely helpful suggesting fabrics, and in fact we ended up choosing one that wasn't something I would have considered myself. But the chairs look great and go perfectly with the rest of the living room furnishings. When we came back to pay for them, the designed already had our order written up in anticipation. The chairs were ready when they had been promised--and just in time for a party we had planned.

I have been a customer at Mclean Furnitre Galley for almost 2yrs. Rick who is thier designer is such a great guy with great vision. He helped design my entire living room. He is patient and fun to work with and never presses the customer. The owner is a little skeptical.....borderline shady.

I've been a customer of McLean Furniture Gallery for over 20 years. Their furniture is in my living room, bed room and family room. Recently purchased a beautiful Kindel Dining Room table that expands to seat 12. They custom matched the stain to coordinate with with my antique buffet (from my husband's family) and corner cabinet (from my side of the family). Custom table pads were also recommended and ordered. Family business with detail orientated, top of the line merchandise. Highly recommended their services.

My salesman at McLean Furniture was helpful and patient with the process of selecting the best chair style, finish and fabric to meet our requirements. We chose Century. They took a long time to come due to Christmas holidays and the bad winter but now that they are here I love them so much they were worth the long wait. The delivery of the chairs was done expertly with great attention to protecting them and my home moving them to their place.
