m. Charles did a magnificent job of transforming our space. He has a wonderful eye for seeing a space in new and magnificent way. He was able to change a very complicated, choppy, space into a unified space with a high end look. His design incorporated clean lines and a very visually appealing modern look with smooth transitions between elements. m. Charles' warm approach, attention to detail and timeliness, made the project very stress free. We love the design and although we are ultimately using it in a bit of an ecclectic way, incorporating some rustic elements into it ourselves, I feel it gave us a new way of seeing and thinking about our space. I would highly recommend m Charles to help design your space into a sleek contemporary look.

I hired Charles Beach Interiors to help us with a modern design for our open floor plan in the kitchen/dinning room as well in the family room for our our remodeled house in Stoneham. From the moment we meet, Charles was very professional and a few of his ideas were very interesting. In the end, we were very happy with his design and professionalism throughout the process which gave a way to proceed with the rest of the design of the house.

Have a home renovation project in an old farmhouse in a suburb of Boston and was referred to M Charles as the interior designer through the construction firm we were using. He is friendly, energetic and professional and was taken by the structure of our home. He has a good deal of experience in modernizing many of the south end/loft spaces in downtown Boston with a good reputation. We did not go with his design or his services as the look was too modern and didn't take into account the occupants and style of the home owners (have kids, dogs, wanted a more rustic flair to fit the exterior etc) so the look really didn't fit well with our family and house (too modern and simplistic). So you may end up paying for a design you aren't thrilled with as that is service he provides so all in all, it was exciting leading up to the design but would really emphasize items you must have in your design upfront and allow him to decide if working with you makes sense. Would recommend him for a condo/apt/loft space or home in trendy, modern area.

From the moment he first contacted us about our art, m charles beach, of (m) + charles beach INTERIORS, Boston, has been a pleasure to work with. He is that rare combination of complete professional and genuine warmth; he knew just what painting he wanted for a particular space in his client's home and he introduced it to his client with clarity but without pressure or guile. The painting he envisioned—a larger version of one in the Teters Art portfolio—brought the perfect balance of color and light to the dramatic setting m charles beach designed according to his client's needs and taste. He managed the entire commission process very smoothly and his knowledge of art in general, and appreciation of the palette, texture and composition of Jerry's work in particular, made our exchanges that much richer. A+ for both style and substance.

(m) + charles beach INTERIORS is fantastic! We had the pleasure of working with Charles to re-design our South End condo in Boston. Charles does a great job of combining his skill in design with his ability to project manage and ensure that the work gets done to plan and on time. He's regularly on site and has ties to some of the best contractors in the city - a must have if you want to see the vision for your home actually become a reality. We really appreciated Charles' knack for bringing the standard color and design elements together for our architecturally unique space, but also found his ability to add design elements that really stand out and make the place really special a nice surprise - examples being an amazing candle wall in our dining area and a large, unique Musee d'Orsay clock decal in our entry way. Both elements are fantastic additions and really added to the overall look and feel of our home. Overall, we would recommend (m) + charles beach INTERIORS without reservation. We not only ended up with a wonderful design for our home, but also had the pleasure to work with a designer who really cares about his work and goes out of his way to offer the best possible experience throughout the entire project.

My fiancé and I were looking to redo our living room /home office . After looking online and unsure where to start we came across Charles beach . My fiancé emailed and The owner himself contacted us and set up an appointment within 48hours . He worked around our schedule and delivered everything in the timeframe we needed . On our three and final meeting when Charles opened up his iPad and showed us the images of the redesigned room I gasp! I asked him if that was out house! His work blow me away !! We are getting married in less than 2 months and can not do everything at once but everyone that has seen his work just on paper alone is amazed ! He's work is above and beyond what we ever expected ! I can't wait to do everything he suggested! I told him right away if I had more time before the wedding we would of handed over the keys and told him to go for it !

I don't remember where I heard about (m)+charles beach interiors, but I am glad I found them. I own an open brick/stone loft and, before (m)+charles beach interiors, I didn't know what to do with the space --color scheme, furniture layout, lighting, etc. Prior to hiring (m)+charles beach interiors, I received interior design consultations from three other interior design firms that tried to make my home their own or were planning to "design-as-they-go". None of them really had a clear vision of what they could do with my space....and since I didn't have a vision...well, it was the blind leading the blind. On the contrary, my first consultation with (m)+charles beach interiors was a dream come true. Michael (m) spent two hours with me scoping out my place and listening to every idea (good and bad) that I had. I really wasn't able to articulate what I wanted and I didn't think I knew what I was talking about (I've never done this before) but somehow Michael was able to translate everything that I said into a sensible design. More importantly, his firm offers an "Empowerment Package" which is a preview of what the design will look like in my condo and a full explanation of each design element. This was perfect for me because I wasn't 100% confident in my style choices and I didn't have a large budget to hire a firm to buy and install everything. Needless to say, I hired Michael and I am very happy and empowered by his design. My place is coming together and it feels great to be home!

After looking through tons of designers on houzz, we found (m) charles to be right on the money with his style and design. We hired him almost immediately after we saw his work on houzz. I can't say enough good about him and his design of our home. We had him design our huge loft living room, large dining room and large cathedral bedroom. After spending little time with him and going over some likes/dislikes, he came up with an INCREDIBLE design for us. We are so excited at transforming these spaces into something useable and visually spectacular for us to enjoy along with friends and family that come to visit. We highly recommend (m) charles to anyone looking for sleek and functional design in their home! GREAT WORK!!! 10 stars in our book!
