After nearly 20 years in Project Management at a national company, the founder had watched it grow, lose focus, and ultimately treat employees as cogs in the wheel. Mavriq Construction was born of the idea that a company could be more successful by putting employees and clients first. Many companies "talk the talk" but fail to deliver as they focus on the wrong things. Construction companies seem prone to start with the technical and not the functional. We begin with the client's needs first and design from there.
